    Install sewer cleanouts, clean out sewer line

    Our main sewer line was blocked, and snaking revealed a huge tangle of roots nearly completely occluding the pipe. Unfortunately, our house did not have appropriately-sized cleanouts to deal with the issue. DrainWorks had a team out the same day to inspect and snake the line. They proposed installing proper external cleanouts and then removing the roots. The proposal was in line with other estimates we had obtained, but at half the price. The work was completed in a single 9-to-5 day, and they even replanted a bush that we thought would be lost. They also sent a technician back that night to snake the line again for us and point out where potential problems might arise in years to come. All company representatives were courteous, friendly, thoughtful, and took time to explain the options and alternatives. Though I certainly hope never to have to, we would definitely use their services again.

    Plumbing

    The response from the company was quick and they did indeed fix the clogged drain within the promised 24hours. The great thing about this company is that they give you the price in writing before they start. Even if the problem turns out to be bigger than anticipated, they still charge the same. Previously, I've been stuck with a broken drain because we found out it was too expensive to fix halfway through the process. The man who came over was lovely as well. He was polite and didn't make too much of a hassle. I recommend this to most of my friends when they have issues with their plumbing.

    replace sanitary pipe connection to the city, snake out roots

    Very happy with the service and work performed by DrainWorks. They replaced the clay pipe that was originally connecting the house's sanitary line to the city with PVC and snaked out other roots in the pipe showing me what they did before and after with the camera.

    Clogged Drain

    The drain in our home was clogged and we called DrainWorks to get it fixed. They were able to fix the drain quickly, without causing too much of a mess. I was very satisfied with the job done.

    Emergency Drain Cleaning

    Called on a Sunday and received service the same day. The technician was very professional and clean (even put 'booties' on the wheels of the machine). The bonus is that they were the lowest price of 3 companies I called.

    Fixed sewage problem in basement

    I have a large yard and the toilet in our basement seemed to be clogged - eventually we saw sewage come out of drainage areas in the basement shower and another part of the basement. Drainworks came quickly and diagnosed the problem as tree roots having gotten into our old pipes (the house is 1940's-50's). They offered different solutions at different price points with advice, but not necessarily pressure to pick the most expensive solution. In the end, we picked one of the more pricey ways to solve the problem, with hopes that this would not happen again. (They had to dig into the ground and replace with PVC pipe). They worked efficiently, quickly and didn't leave a mess. I'm really happy with the service.

    Basement drain replacement

    With large trees on our property, I knew that eventually we would likely have a back up related to root infiltration. That day came this fall. DrainWorks camera inspection revealed an initial large blockage, and we started what became a several day long process. Holes dug in the basement and the driveway and tunnelling (or pipebursting) under the furnace to get to the main drain connections in the basement. Once inside, of course it became evident that everything had to be replaced. The beauty of the equipment they use is that you can see clearly what the issues are, and don`t feel you are being oversold. Your hand is held through this process by the man with the camera equipment--in our case Mike Dunn. Although he must have to explain the mechanics of drain systems, options and potential worst case scenarios over and over to worried home owners, I never had the feeling that he was bored or frustrated by my many questions. (I gather that the company encourages them to spend as much time as required going over the details so that the customer understands, rather than pressing them to move on to the next job as soon as possible). I has similar experiences with supervisory personnel I came into contact with. Although my job was an expensive one, (a crew of three in my basement for 3 days!), Mike saved me more expense in future by carefully going over the camera inspection one last time after the work was done. Your basement turned into a war zone of trenches and piles of dirt, so it also seems like a miracle that the floor is eventually smooth again, and that the workers clean up well, including washing all the floors before leaving.

    Quick and honest drain repair

    Our main house drain was backed up and starting to flood the basement. Drainworks came by in about an hour on a Sunday afternoon, the technician was professional and explored all the options to resolve the issue, and was open with the pricing on all options. In the end we just needed to get snaked and we have roots in the outside pipe. They were quick, careful with the carpets, and made certain we were satisfied and all the drains were working. Quick, effective, and hones work, all I was looking for.

    Fast, professional and comforting

    Having a backed up sewage pipe is never a fun experience but the staff at DrainWorks Plumbing made it a little less stressful. When we called they made every effort to get to us as fast as they could and arrived 2 hrs ahead of the estimated time given. The technician that arrived was respectful of our home and very professional. He got right to work and cleared up the problem within minutes. He answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable time. I would call them again if I needed to (hopefully not) and I would recommend them to anyone that needed their services.

    Plumbing services

    Great service, whole house was clogged, we had to get someone quickly to help unclog the drains, sinks and bathtub. People were friendly and helped with everything, the price is a little expensive, but their service was great.
