    Clogged Drain in Basement

    It was close to 10:00 pm, and we were the last call on Matt's long shift. He was professional, knowlegable, and competant. He made an otherwise stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. He explained what had to be done clearly throughout his assessment of the problem, and provided us with options for consideration. He was cheerful and reassuring throughout the call, and our problem was fixed!!

    Kitchen drain plugged

    The kitchen sink and garburator were plugged after I unfortunately put too many left over tortellini into the garburator. I tried resolving the problem myself with LiquidPro Jet Power (2X) but it did not work. Given the strong smell caused by LiquidPro, I could not wait overnight and called Drainworks. Telephone service was most courteous, and follow-up telephone notice was provided. Service provided within 2 hours, and problem resolved within an hour 1/2. I was most impressed by Jeremy's professional services. While at my house which is an older bungalow (60 years old) he also went into the crawling space to check that the pipes were OK. I would definitely use the company's services again, and highly recommend Mr. Jeremy [last name removed--Ed].

    Clearing of blocked sanitary line

    I am very satisfied a service provided by Drainworks and particulary technician Jeremy H. It started from my call. They were able to arrive on suitable time for me the same day. Technician Jeremy was very polite, explained all options in details including possible longterm measures. No pressure on decision. I want to emphasize that it has been provided all detailed information to me in very understandable manner. A work was performed quickly, effectively and very clean. Technician had all heavy equipment required for a task of cleaning sanitary line by roots under my house. I already used Drainworks for the second time and it was the same easy and quick.     Replacing Drains below the bathroom

    We had a leak in the kitchen and Jeff from Drainworks investigated the problem and realized the previous guys duct taped the pipes. He replaced all the pipes above the kitchen and below the bathroom in addition to fixing a potential problem with my bathtub and the overflow not being installed properly. The job was done quickly and the place was spotless after he finished. This is the second job they have done in my house. Thank you!!!

    Main Line Backflow Preventer

    Armando and the crew were punctual, professional and courteous. Work was done exceptionally and the whole experience was smooth and precise. Armando was available to answer my questions and was very prompt in returning messages. I would most definately use Drainworks again.

    minor bathroom and kitchen fixes

    The plumber noted several thing that could be fixed. * change the level of the float in the toilet * install a Moen thing in a faucet. (no charge for the thing as it is provided free from Moen) * provide and install a new flapper in a toilet tighten the kitchen faucet. Given that i did not have to pay for the service call, I find $200 for these jobs rather high.

    clear sewer drain

    Thank you so much to drainworks for clearing my sewer drain. William at your call centre was polite and courteous. Matt achcinski, the service technician was great. He was professional and very knowledgable. Would definetely recommend your service to friends!!

    Replacing leaking pipe & installing new shut-off valves

    I was very disappointed when I discovered that pipe fixed by one of my friends is leaking . I call DrainWorks (they come up when I was google for the plumbers in my area). They came at promised time, The guy was very Kind and did explain to me what work he would have to do and how much it will cost. He finished everything in less than an hour. For the time he spent doing his job , cost was a little bit to high. But in his favor I should mention that he did tell me the price from the very beginning. Quality of job was great, price was stated right in the beginning, but still I think the service is over priced, at least in my case.

Having said that, it is also important to note that our plumber was on site at your home for 2 hours, not less than one hour as you indicated. It is rewarding to know that you were happy with the service and the quality of the work, however, using the length of time a repair takes as a measurement for cost is not accurate because DrainWorks does not charge by the hour. On the flip side, the same repair could have taken longer by someone less skilled who charges by the hour, wasting both a customer’s time and money. Hope this has shed some light on your concern. We do look forward to being your plumbing and drain service providers in the future should you require our assistance again.

    Plumbing assessment and repairs

    As always, we call Drainworks when we have a problem. They come quickly. They are clear in their description of the problem. They provide a quote before they do the work. The work is done expeditiously and we have never had to call them back.

    plumbing inspection

    Jeff was very honest, and personable. I am a Diamond Club Member and Drainworks is also always quick to come and help. They also take care to wear shoe covers so as not to mess up your house. Always a nice touch.
