    basement pipe/drain repair

    Drainworks staff were very professional, friendly and gave very clear explanations of what they were doing and why it was necessary. Although the experience of having a sewage backup and expensive repair isn't something I would recommend - these folks actually made the experience as pleasant as possible!

    Clogged drains

    We had a problem with our shower drain, which Draino et al. was no longer able to fix. I had made an appointment for two days from when I called, but they were able to squeeze me in on the following day. They just called before coming over to make sure that would be alright. Jeremy arrived soon after the call, and he was professional, clean, thorough and very friendly. So far the drain is still looking good and clear! Thanks DrainWorks, Leah & Mike

    Water service pipe under driveway

    This is the 3rd or 4th time Drainworks has been over to fix various drainage problems in our old house. They are always extremely professional, eager to please and the service is exceptional. Jeremy was the esimator who first came and he analyzed and go to the 'root' of the problem, answered all questions thoroughly etc. Frank, the team leader was incredibly graceful under pressure. They ran into some problems which delayed the completion of the job - all the while working in terrible weather conditions, very cold, rainy and just plain miserable. Frank made sure to keep me informed all along the way - and even told me to call him at home on his cell at any hour if there were any problem. Hoping I don't have to call them again - but for any drain problem, they will be my first call!

    Bathroom plumbing repair

    We had a few minor repairs to make in our basement, the bathroom taps were leaking and our shut-off valves needed to be replaced. Jeff arrived early, and brought covers for his boots (much appreciated!). He gave us a quote and got right to work. Very efficient and friendly service. DrainWorks came highly recommended and we were happy with their work.

    kitchen sick clog

    The service was fast and effective. Drainworks coordinated the appointment and particulars efficiently. The service guy, Armando, was excellent, provided great customer service and resolved the issue. He reviewed the work completed and provided tips for preventive measures. All and all well done and I would recommend to friends and family.

    Drains

    You came highly recommended from an extremely meticulous contractor friend. And I would have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with your technicians, your level of professionalism and your prompt and detailed service. Within 24 hours it looked like you had never been here....after digging a 10' ditch in the front of my house. Thank you. NB

    Replace exterior sanitary drain

    I had girded myself for days of mud, no plumbing and destruction, and was very pleased when the job was completed in one day, with minimal impact. They were able to replace a drain line that took a very indirect route without dismantling my front porch or digging up the flagstone walkway, while dealing with very sandy, unstable soil. Mike Dunn and the crew were prompt and professional and cleaned the area up in the cold and dark at the end. I would highly recommend this company.

    Toilet replacement, facet replacement

    This was a good experience, the service person was professional, made good recommendations and advice on toilets, they had all materials available for a fix the same day, they did a quality job and provided a written guarantee. This was a great experience and we would call them again.

    Waste Pipe Leak

    I called 3 contractors to get their quotes and feedback. One didn't show and the other (competitor - ed) ended up being 4x the cost!!!!! Although [removed competitors name - ed] was friendly and knowledgable, my jaw hit the floor when they gave me the quote from their 100 page price book. When xxx(getting plumber's name) came over he was really friendly, honest, and when he gave me a quote I was pleasently surprised. Before he did all the work, I made sure to review everything the previous plumber told me to ensure I was comparing apples to apples. After the job was complete, we chatted for a while as he was friendly guy. Overall a great experience and he answered a bunch of questions I had about work I wanted done in the future. I will definately call Drainworks again!

    washroom, toilet sealing, pipe repair too much to list.

    Jeff came by to take a look at our plumbing problems we had like 4 issues, he was very helpful and polite really informative even pointed out a leak that was coming from our roof. I would highly recommend this company to my friends its more expensive then other companies but if you want the best you gotta pay. I go to sleep better knowing my problems were fix by a professional. Quy
