We needed some of our custom blinds cleaned and were finally directed to Drape Master. I spoke to Cindy who assured me they were very experienced at cleaning our Silhoutte blinds. I wasn't disappointed. We have returned with more and were equally satisfied. Work and Customer service are excellent.

Puntuality...Puntuality and professionalsm ,that is what differentiate a good business from a bad one. The lady Cindy , (I guess she is the coordinator or the manager of this firm) she is precise ,concise and clear when she describe the kind of thecnology applied in order to clean my rugs and my blinds. The rugs, came back clean and dry and above all no chemical smell . Riccardo,( the service person) was very polite and mannered ,it was a plesure to have him work in my house.

I found the total experience exemplary. Don came and reevaluated the work. He produced an estimate. The work was completed beautifully and in the timeframe promised. In reinstalling the drapery especially the Roman drapes, he and his team took great care to set it right. Most importantly, he gave me an estimate as to when he would arrive on site, and phoned 10 minutes before arrival to alert us to the exact time. In all the years we have sought service industries, that has never been our experience. Usually they come in a time frame. Sort of in the morning or sometime during the day, or between such and such an hour. Nobody ever calls to say they'll be up in 10 minutes as Don does. I would heartily recommend this company and their service.

Drapemaster have to be by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to come to my area which they do not typically service. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. My 18 year old son was even impressed by this company! They did an amazing job cleaning my silhouette blinds which are very old. I would highly recommend this company. Cyndi, Don and their crew are amazing!

I had some roman blinds that needed restringing. They had also never been cleaned (6 years). I looked into replacing them but the cost was >$350 and it seemed wasteful as they were perfectly good blinds. I took them in to DrapeMaster myself and received a 40% discount on the cleaning for doing so. I received my estimate within a few days and the work was completed in a week with a polite call that they were ready. They certainly know the business and are very professional and customer oriented. I was very happy with the work they did. Cindy was extremely professional.

The chain for the roller blinds on one of the windows broke. From the first call I was impressed with level of service. They explained the 2 options I had, roughly what the cost and how long it would take to repair. Everything was done as expected and the service from beginning to end was great. Would definitely recommend

The Drape Master team was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They took down seven Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds (some 20 feet high), cleaned them and reinstalled. The blinds look great and the experience was a pleasure.

Excellent job, reasonable price, prompt and courteous servive. I recommend thse people highly. Substantial discount if you take the darpes down, deliver them to the shop, pick them up and rehang them yourself. Thank you Cindy.
