From Marcelo who helped us develop a great plan for our project to Helen who coordinated a large team of skilled workers, we were very impressed with the professionalism and high quality results of everyone involved with our project. Victor and Ismail who poured first the steps and then the walkway showed great skill and a dedication to detail in their work. Everyone involved were very respectful of our property and neighbours and left a clean site each step of the way. We get compliments from neighbours and those passing by every day. We are very happy that we chose Elite to this project and would highly recommend them for yours.

This was by far the best most professional crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From design to completion they were prompt, responsive, and careful. Everyone at Elite Concrete dealt with me in the most professional manner, from Marcelo, who gave me a very competitive quote and (unlike others) the truth about the need for a building permit for the job, to Helen, who always responded promptly and helpfully to my phone calls. Elite concrete tore out and re-poured our garage floor. They were patient with our questions and very professional. The price was very competitive, and the work was very well done. A year later it's still looking great.

This is our second time hiring Elite Concrete! It was without question in our mind to call them back to continue with the landscaping work in our backyard. We hired Elite the first time 12 years ago to complete our rear concrete patio deck. The workmanship at that time was amazing and withstood the years of use and climate in perfect form! There was no doubt that as we prepared to extend the use of our backyard by adding a pool, we wanted Elite to complete more work for us! This time around we added floating steps with lighting, and planters to add greenery to deck, among other work. Again for the second time we are beyond happy and impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this concrete company! We dealt with Marcelo once again, Helen, and many of their staff members were familiar faces from the first time we hired Elite; they are a genuine family and this is expressed in the quality and care they put into their work each day! They have the highest standards and we have no doubt they are leaders in the industry and would be proud to refer them to any of our friends and family!

Our recent experience with Elite Concrete was fantastic with their job done in our front yard. Customer service was beyond expectations; always had quick responses to our inquiries from Helen. Marcelo, the project manager led a very efficient and organized team from start to finish. Ive had many neighbors stop and admire the work in progress and finished product - had no issues to recommend them. In terms of timeline, the job was supposed to take four weeks and as promised they delivered on time. Very professional, high attention to detail, great design, and superb transformation of my outdoor space!

We just went through the process of building a house and I can truthfully say that by far the best company we have dealt with during this build was Elite Concrete. All of this greatness starts from the top with Marcello and trickles down to each employee of this company. The work they do is thought out, they strive to do the best work possible, they are passionate and considerate in all the work they do. When they were working on our driveway, they make sure to clear a path so my family would have a save exit to get to our cars. They were always on time and worked hard each and every day. From the day I met Marcelo and his incredible crew my expectations were exceeded everyday until this month long job was completed. Marcelo helped me design the front porch and floating steps and driveway curbs. His crew executed professionally leaving the job site each day cleaner than when they arrived. Elite Concrete had redone the front of 2 houses on our street over ~10 yrs. Two different looks, but notably enhancing the properties For our house, 1st time round, I was nervous to embark on the project without an architect, but Marcello's esthetics and years of experience in matching what is needed with what concrete can create, absolutely delivered. Raffy, Helen, Marcello and team were a pleasure to work with. Over the next few yrs I learned that not only is the surface beautiful, but it is easy care, cool under your feet in summer and warmer than the air in winter.
