    Bed frame and headboard

    First off, great showroom. Lots of selection, everything modern and merchandized so that you want to buy by the room, not the piece. Purchased a bed, the associate was really helpful even getting the spec sheet out and providing detailed measurements for me to decide. When I came back the next week, he still remembered exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was nice, they even carried it up the 3 sets of stairs and pretended to like it. Great service!

    Couch

    My sales person was great, very knowledgeable about the product. There was a problem with the couch when they delivered it; there was a wire sticking out and one arm was loose. I called the salesperson about it and customer service called the next day to set up a new delivery appointment. They came by and dropped off another couch and I got no hassle about it. I really appreciate the warranty on the couch. It's comfortable and great, I'm satisfied all around.

    Good experience

    I always have great service with the sales people at Elte. Although our sales rep is always very busy, she tries to accommodate us the best she can. I think is because they have so much responsibility, too much paperwork and complicated system. But I can say that with many trip to Elte. I have not had any bad experience as yet. The delivery went well, they were careful and respectful and everything was delivered on time.

    Recommend to friends

    The staff on the floor were great and had good follow up. Our sales person was great. We had an issue with a table, but it was taken care of very well. We actually recommended them to a friend, who went in and made a purchase the next day.

    Sofa

    My sales associate was really helpful. She followed up with me and sent me emails with all the dimensions, which eventually convinced me to purchase the sectional. It ended up arriving early so I got it delivered sooner than originally expected. The delivery was very good as well. The only downfall was that when I went to pay, my sales person was busy with someone else.

    Great sales people

    My sales associate was really friendly and patient. I liked dealing with him. He was nice, knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful. The delivery people were also nice and friendly. Despite some wrinkles in the pillows for the sofa, everything went well.

    Bed

    I ended up buying a bed, which I'm very happy about. The service was good, and the delivery crew was fabulous! They were tidy, they put together the bed, and overall, I just thought that they were excellent! It's always so nice to shop there - I love my bed! I looked all over the city for something like ii.

    Interesting Items

    Elte has a good selection in their showroom. My salesperson Darlene was very helpful in suggesting different fabrics, assisting in moving things around to try and recreate our layout. She was not pushy and made us feel really comfortable with what we wanted to order. I tend to find the store a bit pricey, but they do have a lot of interesting items and they have the best selection in one place that I have seen anywhere in the greater Toronto area. I would recommend Darlene and Elte to any of my friends.

    Home decor

    Elte has great products and fantastic customer service. Alex was very helpful. He was patient and made my purchase very easy. I'm just impressed with how quickly everything went. It was a fantastic experience.

    Bed

    Horrible company! Wish I discovered this review site before going to Elte. We ordered a bed almost 8 months ago and never got it yet...their lack of organization is just terrible. They lend us some cheap bars as a temporary solution and our expensive mattress fell through..had we had the time and energy, we would have sued them. Customer service from management is as frustrating. Go elsewhere!!! It's just not worth it to shop here. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt!
