Dave and his team have done an amazing job to install 3 new doors for my house. Dave is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice to choose the doors to meet my expectations. The design of the front door is beautiful and brightening up the house a lot. The 3 new doors make my home more comfortable and pleasurable to live. I also have to say Dave has gone above and beyond to ensure all installations are done properly.

If you are looking for a quality door and quality team to work with, then look no further than Encore. We got quotes from 4-5 different companies, all highly rated, before choosing Encore. The decision was a no brainer after meeting with David. He was easily the most informed and helpful rep we met with. It isn't often that you replace a front door. David spent the time to walk us through all the options until he was confident that we were satisfied. We ended up choosing a fiberglass door with two side panels, specialty glass, and multipoint lock system. The installation was seamless. The door looks incredible. The quality of the door and workmanship is obvious. We would be happy to work with Encore again on our future home improvement projects.

Back in 2014 we had Encore Window and Doors install a new patio door in our family room. Dave provided excellent guidance re door choices/features and George did a fabulous job on installation. Over the years, we have received many compliments on this door. When we decided to replace old, single-pane basement windows and, in other rooms, replace panes wherein the seals had broken, we returned to Encore. Once again, Dave guided us through the process, making recommendations (alerting us to government rebates). We specifically asked for George to do the install. George and his brother were great: the aluminum capping and caulking are both neatly and cleanly done. One of the basement windows was especially challenging because of its large size and location (partially underneath walkout steps). All work was completed within one day. We have great respect for Encore Windows and Doors and their professional, competent team. Highly recommended.

My mother needed a new front door for her house. Her front door was damaged by heat from the sun hitting the glass storm door. She did not want an expensive door but wanted something that would look good and provide security. A neighbour referred Encore and had Dave come out to the house and provide an estimate. Dave left me a couple of catalogues of various doors and when I contacted him about a few possibilities, he took the time to explain the difference between the various doors and the costs. Dave did not pressure me at all, nor did he try to talk me into an expensive door. He was very understanding, said they would be able to keep the existing storm door and take off and replace the inside wood moulding around the door. When I had asked a major well known home retail corporation for a quote; they had their contractor services contact me and the person who called me never came out to see the house. He google mapped it to see the house online, said I had to get a new storm door and gave me a quote for a plain white door. I was not impressed at all with that. Dave took the time to come out and see the house. He took measurements even tried to see if there were any suppliers who could provide just the door, as opposed to door and frame if possible. We did get the new door and frame, a new lock and hardware and had the existing chain lock re-installed as well. The installer George was fantastic. He was very meticulous, cleaned up any debris and ensured the door fit exactly. He even fixed some previous notched out piece in a wood frame area Left by some work previously done. George arrived exactly as agreed to start working at 7 am and finished working on time without rushing. I am extremely pleased with Encore and the installation and would have no hesitation in recommending Encore Windows and Doors.

The team at Encore was professional and timely from our first interaction. The sales team was knowledgeable and provided great advice to select the best windows for our space. They kept us informed along the way and booked our install as soon as our windows were in. The installers were friendly, clean, and took great care in their work. Were very happy with the finished product and would recommend Encore without hesitation to our friends and family.

I got several quotes from companies for my windows. The prices ranged from $7000 to $27,000. Encore Windows gave me triple-glazed windows , that the other companies were not offering claiming that I didn't need the triple but in so doing exclude me from getting the Canada Homes Grant.

The windows and installation were great. The windows themselves improve the aesthetics of the house.

Encore was a pleasure to work with and deal with. They explained the job and executed on everything they said they would do. Professional service and follow up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
