These guys are phenomenal. The initial quote was quick, very responsive to any follow up questions I had. Hourly quote, no hidden fees. The movers called 30 min prior to scheduled arrival, and were actually early (and waiting on me). Super professional and polite the whole time. Always cheerful despite how big the task. I cannot say enough good things about them and will use them again for all future moves. Nothing was was even slightly damaged, they came prepped with shrink wrap, blankets etc. I searched for a lot of companies and read a ton of reviews and am so happy with my choice. I usually never post reviews and just had to for them. Thanks Europa!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your company for an exceptional moving experience both Thursday, july 2nd and Friday, July 3rd. In the past ten years I have used four different moving companies and the Europa team has by far been the best. Through the entire process from booking to the actual move, each person I dealt with was very professional, understanding and courteous. A special thank you to the team of Tony, Steve and Yves. They were very polite and pleasant, efficient and took very good care of all the pieces they moved. The Europa team made the entire process seamless. Thank you so much for an excellent moving experience. I will always use you from now on and will recommend you to everyone.

I was originally quoted 6 hours they did it in 4, very polite, showed up on time and wrapped all the furniture including mattress and box spring. Very professional, would highly recommend to family and friends.

The movers arrived within the given window on the morning of the move. Before beginning work, the process was explained and we toured the home explaining what was and wasn't going along with what pieces should have extra care taken when moving them. The entire job took around 4 hours. The movers wrapped and padded all furniture. The movers were efficient and professional, none of our items were damaged.I will use them everytime i have something to be moved.

They called before they arrived to let me know the time they would show up at the house. They arrived at the time specified. We did a survey of what I wanted moved They then organized the items so as to make the best use of the space on the truck. They moved the boxes and then padded the items to be moved and transported them to the new house. They placed the items in the new home as directed. They did a very good job of moving the items I identified.

Fabulous!!! The guys that came out were so friendly, never complained and very good workers! When they saw that you had to walk up lots of stairs to get into our home, they paused, smiled and said no problem! They worked for hours smiling the whole time. I was not smiling by the end from exhaustion and yet those three were smiling and a joy to work with the whole time and they did all the work! Nothing broken, everything where we asked. Will use again and definitely recommend. My husband and I greatly appreciate you!

This is the BEST moving company in my 50 years that I have ever experienced. You get what they say you are going to get. 7 hours for 1 price There really is (NO HIDDEN COST) When they say you have them for 7 hours, they really mean that. If you need anything done(regarding moving) They will get it done and they are very professional and very friendly. These guys do not waist your time or your money. You will not regret using this company. A lot of moving companies start charging you (on the way to the pick up location) So, if you are an hour away, you will pay for their hour driving to your pick up location. Europa Moving does not play games like that. They really start when they arrive at the pick up location even, if they live an hour away from you. IF YOU USE ANYONE ELSE, YOU WILL BE SORRY. I'm really serious. I have NEVER seen anyone as professional as this moving company. No wonder these guys are rated so HIGHLY. Thank you Europa. You took good care of my belongings and I will definitely pass the word around about you. YOU WERE JUST AMAZING! ALL I CAN SAY IS (WOW)! Moving crew of 3 arrived prior to the 9am start time and waited patiently while I had my neighbours move their cars so they could park in front of my house. I have moved about 4 times and I have never seen anyone work so quickly and efficiently. They took on the task of moving all my furniture and 75 boxes to my new house in Richmond Hill. It took half the time quoted, and half the price quoted. I will NEVER move again without Europa Moving and Storage!

Europa was professional, thorough and very careful with our household furniture and belongings. They even accommodated additional truck and personnel requirements to get out us of our home in time. Every piece of furniture was taken apart and wrapped for transportation. Awesome service!
