    California Shutters

    I found Excel Shades on Google. Carmella came to my house the next day. She showed us various types of custom made coverings. She took the measurements and in just over 2 weeks the installer came to install them. It went very well, friendly people to deal with.

    new hunter blinds

    Received great service from excel shades. They were on time, delivered a great product and installed professionally. I would recommend excel shades as a trustworthy source for shades and blinds.

    Blinds

    I live relatively close to the Excel Shades location in Ajax and decided to stop in one day to inquire about custom blinds for my new home. Upon entering the shop I received a warm welcome and was given advice regarding the best blinds that work within my price range. Due to my crazy work schedule, Carmela arranged to meet with me outside of her normal working hours so that I could place my order. I received the blinds the following week (a very early surprise). However, I found that the measurements were not as expected and decided to let Carmela know that it did not work out in terms of sizing. She quickly rectified the problem and in no time she had replaced my blinds. I am very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the product.

    blinds

    They did a really job. I am quite happy. They are quick. I was expecting them to take a lot longer than they did. The job was done very quickly and they look really good.

    3windows bigliving rm largekitchen + bedrm

    They were very good. Their service was excellent. The man who did the work was excellent. The woman who owns the company is also great. We really had no complaints. They did exactly what we wanted and if I needed work done again, I would call them.

    New Blinds

    Carmela: The new blinds are installed and everything is perfect! Your installer was great and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I want to thank you again for your time and patience.     Hunter Douglas Silhouettes

    I ordered Hunter Douglas Silhouettes from Excel Shades. I am very satisfied with my experience. Carmella is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She was able to identify my needs and give me a very fair price for my selection. My shades were delivered on the promised date of delivery. The installers were very polite, fast and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service provided to me by Excel. My windows look fantastic! I would definitely recommend Excel Shades to others.

    Shutters

    I was very pleased with the service overall! Quality product (Hunter Douglas), order was delivered on time and conveniently scheduled to fit my busy schedule. There was a problem with the installation of 2 shutters because of my window cranks. The new store manager, Carmela, moved mountains with the manufacturer to resolve my problem quickly. It was very much appreciated because my new window coverings were adjusted and looked perfect in my home. Special thanks to Carmela, because my guests (Christmas party), were very impressed with the look my new shutters gave to the main floor of my house. Great work, thanks so much!!

    Blinds

    We hired Excel for a commercial project. They were professional and did an excellent job. Competitive pricing and fantastic service. Carmella was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
