Expertise extrordinaire! Masood arrived with his little booties to protect our floors and from the start he was very careful with everything he did. He knew what he was doing and even cautioned us that we needed to replace our smoke alarms. He was very personable and yet did not waste time. His clean up was excellent and he disposed of our old fixtures as well as all the packaging materials. Well done Masood!

The serviceman was friendly, very knowledgable and very professional. He told me the exact problem and price before he started the job. Worked fast and did a great job. and explained everything he did.

This is the second time I have had Expert Electric out for some work. Both times the guys were knowledgeable, proffesional and didn't leave until they had met all expectations.

The lights above my sink just quit so my best guess was that the transformer probably died. I like to use local companies whenever possible and I found the listing for Expert Electric in our area telephone book. I checked the BBB listing and proceeded to set up an appointment. The call was answered by a person, not a machine, handled in a very professional manner and I was given an 8 a.m. appointment for the very next morning. The electrician, James Murphy was very considerate. He called me first, while on route, to tell me he was 20 minutes away giving me time to wake up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a written quote which I immediately accepted. He didn't have the parts in his inventory so proceeded with the rest of his calls and comitted to returning (with the parts) on his way home, at the end of the day. He returned, as promised. This being Saturday 5:30 p.m., no less. He proceeded with efficiency, the whole time explaining to me what caused the problem and why and what to consider in the future. I have dealt with many contractors and service persons over the years and this was absolutely the best experience from beginning to end. Need an electrician...call Expert Electric. The electrician from Expert Electric was great. He was friendly, effecient and very helpful. He arrived on time, work efficiently, charged what was expected. I would highly recommend Expert Electric to everyone.

Expert Electric was wonderful to work with. They are a very professional company with timely responses to inquiries. Their Electrician (in this Mike) was punctual, courteous, flexible, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly easy to work with. Mike could do anything and figure out anything .. There were no issues that Mike could not tackle. He worked diligently and competently and the job was completed on time and within budget and well above our expectations.. No job is too big or too small for ExpertElectric. They are consistent in their service regardless of the project size as we have used them several times now! We continue to use Expert Electric and recommend there services to anybody in heartbeat.

THE REPAIRMAN WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO CHECK THE TEMPCONTROL UNITS QUICKLY DETERMINED THEY WERE FAULTY AND RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT AS THE PROBLEM WAS A FIRE HAZARD. ADDITIONALL YHE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT OPTIONS WERE AVAILABLE AND THE VARIOURS PRICE OPTIONS ON THE VARIOUS UNITS AND THEN PROMPTLY REPLACED THE UNITS. HE ALSO ASKED WHEN THE MAIN CIRCUIT BOX HAD BEEN CHECKED AND SAID HE WOULD QUICKLY CHECK THIS AS A NO FEE SERVICE EXPLAINING THE REASONS WHY THIS CHECK SHOULD BE DONE ROUTINLY. HE PROCEEDED AND POINTED OUT THAT MANY OF THE LIVE CONNECTIONS WERE VERY LOOSE AND POTENTIALLY FIRE HAZRDS. HE TIGHTENED THE CONNECTIONS PRIOR TO LEAVING. THE REPAIRMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL,CLEAN , KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FAST, MAKING FOR A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH GOOD AND THOROUGH SERVICE.

This is the second time that I have chosen to deal with Expert Electric because of their excellent service, client care and follow up. I called to book an appointment for the following Wednesday, which was convenient for me. To my surprise, about an hour later I received a call to advise that if I wished, Wayne was near my home and could come in 20 minutes. He arrived and within an hour my new fixture was installed. Both times, I have found the staff to be courteous, friendly and service above my expectations. I recommend them highly. Don't play around with electricity - call Expert Electric. (both times I received a follow-up call to inquire about the service experience). I am thrilled with my new light fixture too. My wall thermostat for my electric heating had shorted and needed to be replaced. Dave at Expert Electric was very thorough and explained the problem in detail and took the time to comment on the entire heating system and the manner in which it was wired. I had my thermostat replaced with a more reliable unit. Expert Electric showed up when they promised and followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work performed. They were courteous and professional and I'd have no problem using them again or recommending their service to others.
