    Scotchgard sectional couch

    Paul was exceptional! He arrived promptly and explained the process and how long it will take. He was highly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

    Couch

    Carpet protection and cleaning

    How very fortunate I was to have discovered Fibre Protection Services (FPS) through my interior decorating firm. For a few generations, my family members and I have relied on Turco Persian for carpet and upholstery cleaning. This company’s abilities were certainly put to the test when I welcomed a new puppy into my life. I was very disappointed, earlier this year, when Turco Persian returned an area carpet that still had several “puppy stains”, including one which was rather large. Although the company gave me a discount, it was still, in my opinion, rather expensive considering that the rug was simply not clean. I subsequently sent out the same area carpet to be cleaned and protected by FPS. Stephen, the co-owner of the company and the chemist behind FPS’ method and products, cleaned the carpet himself with determination and persistence. I couldn’t be more relieved or satisfied with the results! A perfectly clean carpet. I have now had FPS clean and protect virtually all of the carpeting and upholstered furniture within my home. In addition to FPS’ actual cleaning process and product, there is one word I would use to describe my experience as a client; “valued”. This company genuinely strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied (as much as is possible) and will definitely go “above and beyond” to make this happen for you. Each individual with whom I’ve interacted is extremely professional, highly responsive/accommodating, and very friendly. Like many other people, I have spent a considerable amount of time and expense in furnishing and decorating the interior of my home. I consider the “soft furnishings” and rugs “investments”. While FPS might be slightly more expensive than its’ competitors, they will put every effort they possibly can into helping you protect and maintain your “investments” - and from what I’ve experienced thus far, they do so with excellence.

    There's nobody else I would call...

    Bonnie and Jeff, I want to let you know that we are EXTREMELY impressed with your company and it’s abilities to fight tough stains and do what you say you are going to do. Our carpet really is back to at least 100% and its thanks to you. You looked after the right people as my wife and I know many many people in the community and will always be recommending you…hands down. Feel free to use us as a reference any time. Looking forward to chatting about how you can protect and/or clean our carpets annually so we can avoid this problem going forward.     Protection of furniture

    Paul and his team came into my home to protect new furniture pieces. They were extremely professional and kind. This is the second time I’m using this service because it works so well. They even took out stains on furniture that I thought would never come out. This is a great service and I highly recommend it.

    After Care - Sofa Cleaning

    This is the 2nd time i have had to call them. They came out within 48 hours (during a snow storm I might add) and had the sofa cleaned from Tomato Sauce. Worth every penny. The after care service is where they win.

    Fiber Protect is a must for any furniture you care about.

    I recently had Fiber Protect treat my new bi-sectional sofa and it was a great experience. It is so refreshing to work with a company that not only has a great product but also has great service. These people truly believe in and stand behind their product. I felt like they genuinely cared—something you don’t come across very often. I will definitely work with them again.

    Stained white couch

    I had a melted chocolate stain, the size of a plate, on a new white couch. It didn’t look like anyone could remove it. Fiber protection came and took away the cushion and had it back within a few days in perfect condition.

    Carpet revived, restored, renewed twice

    Since the day we brought this beautiful Second Life wool carpet home, our dog has relieved himself on it, puked on it, knocked items over on it, chewed on it and generally attempted to destroy it. Fiber Protection has come to the rescue twice so far, replacing actual wool fibers, cleaning out un-cleanable stains and re-dying the carpet to match the original - perhaps even better than the original. Their custom touch and need for perfection defies logic. From one picky person to another, they are the ONLY ones capable of this level of cleaning and restoration. And yes, that's the carpet in the photo, and our wonderful dog.

    Fiber protect for life !

    We had our furniture fiber protected approximately a year ago and are very happy with the results. Since then,the product was able to remove wine and tomatoe sauce stains from our white dinning chairs. As well as, removing the blue ink from jeans off our light grey sofa. Leaving no trace of any stains. The customer service we received from Paul was exceptional who is very knowledgeable and passionate. We appreciated that there was a set time for the appointment rather than a 4-6 hour window Ike some other companies.
