I had a requirement to have 2 skylights installed on my roof below which is my living room with a cathedral ceiling. I had called a few other companies to look at this job but for various reasons I was not satisfied with their presentations. I called Gerry's and asked them to have a look. I engaged with Rick to give me an evaluation on the project. He explained that they could do the job but suggested that at the same time I should replace the entire front roof at the same time. He advised that they could just patch around where the skylights would be installed but that likely I would be happier with the full front roof replacement. There was no pressure on their part to do the full roof but it was just presented as an option for me to consider. I did decide it was in my best interest to replace the entire front roof and I am most happy I followed his suggestion. In terms of the actual installation of the Skylights it is important that you have an experienced company perform this type of operation. You are having a structural change made to your house which could lead to disaster if you chose the wrong installer. The Skylights being installed were Velux. Gerry's has special training and accreditation from Velux that gave me confidence that the Skylights were going to be installed in the manner that the manufacturer intended. On the day of the installation a sizable crew arrived and got right to work. The main lead for the Skylight installation was Paul. Any questions I had regarding how they would proceed were answered candidly, and I could tell by the answers that he knew what he was doing and had the expertise to do a more than competent job. They sawed through the roof taking great care that the measurements required to place the Skylights exactly where I wanted them to be installed on the roof. The day was extremely hot but the crew worked very quickly in stripping the roof and cleaning up behind themselves as they proceeded. This job was a 2 day job so it was necessary for them to tarp the roof when the end of the first day drew near. Even through the brutal heat of the day they ensured to take the proper time to tarp the roof to avoid any potential rain from getting into my home during the overnight hours. They next day they returned to finish up the job of installing the shingles on the roof having fully finished the installation of the Skylights the day before. Within a few hours, again on another brutally hot day they finished they roof. The last thing they did before they left was to clean up the site including insuring that the glass on the roof side of the Skylights were sparkling clean. The site was left clean and you would barely know that anyone had been doing a major project on my home. I don't think it is any surprise that I highly recommend that at least you call Gerry's Roofing for an evaluation when considered a project on your home for Roofing, Siding, or Skylight installation.

Norm, Service Technician - knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Required some minor repairs (8 yrs. post installation) following wind storm. Prompt service. Described what he needed to do prior to starting and reviewed what he did post job. Highly recommended. Hard to find quality work like this.

We had a garage that was turned into an addition long before we bought the house, unfortunately, the siding was done rather poorly and then painted at some point. We had buckling and gaps at the bottom that were leading to other issues. Jason came out to give us a quote and was thorough in taking me through what could be done and why. It took a while to get the supplies during the supply shortage, but as soon as they were in we had Rod & Fred come out to install the siding. They did a fantastic job and took us through the process step by step. The finishing was great, and our addition really looks wonderful and feels like it has been given new life.

Thank you to Norm who replaced missing shingles on my roof. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Tim was my first point of contact and was great to deal with and returned my calls promptly. The job was done sooner than expected. I am very pleased with the service and work done! Thank you!!

Everyone at Gerry's has been so helpful. From the start with their admin person Donna and salesperson Franco who showed up on time and answered all my questions, Kyle and his team did a great job with my roof, Fred and Rod came in after and did fabulous work with the siding. And also must mention Tim and Norm for helping me out with last minute things even after the jobs were done. Thank you all, I really appreciate everything you do and will be coming back for windows and doors!

I needed new roofing on my home, Jason was very clear in explaining the process, cost, materials used and estimated install date and always accessible when I had questions. Tim set a scheduled date and the crew showed up when expected, worked very hard and had the job done when promised. The site was perfectly cleaned afterwards. Thanks to Rolando for making sure every last detail was taken care of .
