Balcony waterproofing
Very professional company, great waterproofing product and great follow up. It is a pleasure to work with Goldwell from the beginning to end. Highly would recommend the company for any similar project.

Refinished porch
Goldwell's team did a very good job repairing, refinishing, and adding a railing to my porch. They arrived on time, were very neat, and did a very good job. They even came back to repair part of the finish that was not to my liking very quickly, no questions asked. You can trust this company.

Cold Room waterproofing
Goldwell Restoration recently water proofed my cold room . From start to finish the whole team was very professional . Both Luke and Mark covered all the areas , grinder the walls to expose concrete and also suggested installing an extra vent . They applied the permaseal and throughout the house was very clean and spotless . Cold room is now fully functional.

I strongly recommend this company!
We had Goldwell Restoration remove flagstone and rebuild our front entrance concrete stairs. We are well-versed in having contractors do various large and small jobs at our residence. I was initially surprised that Goldwell asked for a small payment to get a quote but it was well worth it (plus the payment counts toward any work done). I had quotes from other companies but they didn't seem interested in doing work on our stairs unless it involved major work (major $). Kris from Goldwell came to look at our stairs, and unlike the other companies, took the time to examine the stairs and make clear recommendations. We hired them and everyone was a pleasure to work with. This included Kris, Monika in the office and Peter (aka Kamil), who did the majority of the work. We ran into a snag when they discovered some issues with the concrete under the flagstone. That meant some additional costs, but these were impossible to have foreseen until removing the flagstone. I respect the fact that they addressed the issues to ensure that the work was impeccable and would be long lasting. I also respect that they used high-grade concrete and other materials. In the end, the stairs look great and the work was done with pride. Peter clearly took the job as a challenge (our stairs are quite unique with boulders built in) and took great care with his work. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing concrete work!

Concrete repair and basement waterproofing
Kris, Peter and team were very good to work with. Good communication and nice to have on site. They were respectful of our neighbour's space (which we needed to access to get the work done). The work was done promptly and was as described. These guys know what they are doing.

Porch Restoration

Repairing base of external wall and also Paging. Also Parging of another external wall
A great company to work with. The office is extremely efficient. Cris who came out to evaluate what had to be done and lastly the people who did the work worked efficiently and made sure that the job was completely finished. I recommended this company to a neighbour and Goldwell did not let us down. I don't like to recommend companies but in my opinion this one is worth recommending.

Garage Floor Restoration
The result of the work was excellent, The garage turned out looking fantastic with the Oyster Shell finish. There were some communication issues regarding the scope and materials to be used. Had to upgrade to the Full Broadcast Oyster Shell finish to have a consistent look for the garage threshold.

Our SOLID COLOR and RANDOM FLAKES EPOXY COATINGS are for the inside the garage floor only. Thous coatings do not have any UV resistant and are not suggested for the exterior thresholds. Our FULL BROADCAST COATING is for the inside and out side application with the UV resistance. We are very glad that you are happy with all our work and the new look on you garage floor. Exterior foundation restoration
I was very impressed with Goldwell's professionalism and quality of work. After contacting them, an appointment for an estimate was arranged fairly quickly. The work commenced about 3 weeks later. It wasn't a large area that required reconstruction, but there were challenges working in a tight area in a neigbourhood with very little parking and only laneway access. But Peter was very accommodating, and we came up with cooperative solutions. The finished product is excellent.

Garage floor
I had cracks in concrete floor that has been taken care of in very professional manner - all leveled, nice and solid. I put epoxy coding and looks really good. Very happy with service
