    New Porch

    Our new porch was just completed by Goldwell Restoration Ltd. It is absolutely beautiful! The service from Goldwell Restoration was a perfect 10 out of 10 from the very start of the project. From meeting Kris who quoted and assessed the job , to Monika, in the office who orchestrated the paper work flawless and lastly and most importantly Kamil who actually made and perfected our new porch. A granite finish is the final look . The job was done with such precision and perfection. We are so glad that we found their website for the work that we required for our porch. We would defninelty would recommend Goldwell.

    Nice job done in a timely fashion

    The team did a nice job and worked long hours so they were in and out in a few days. Quality of workmanship was very good as well. Any small issues were corrected within a couple of days so the experience was a pleasant one. I would hire them again for another project

    Home garage floor restoration

    Hired Goldwell Restoration to restore the concrete in my 4-car garage, which had developed pits and cracks. I also had some waterproof issues with water seeping through the space between the floor and the wall. Kris came by the next day to inspect the site, offered solutions and provided an extremely fair estimate. The crew started work the following week, which consisted of cutting a concrete square and adding underpinning support, along with installing a cove along the wall to cover the gap, and finally adding epoxy primer and full broadcast epoxy coating to the floor. I was very pleased with the final result and the garage floor went from being an eyesore to looking fresh and fantastic. I give Goldwell Restoration my highest recommendation.

    Basement Levelling and Prep for Vinyl Plank Flooring

    We wanted to install vinyl plank flooring and thought we could just pour the self levelling compound as the suggested preparation. Unfortunatly we had too much variation in the level of the floor. We called Goldwell and received immediate service on the phone. Next the manager came right out to quote the job. I did call a few others and they either didn't call back or gave me a price on the phone. We are in the service industry and are prepared to pay for good service. When the techs came to do the job they were professional, courteous and fast. It took 4 days for them to complete the work - which was done properly to allow for drying. Not sure if the other companies would have done such a thorough job. Ultimately we were thrilled with the service we received and the price paid for great work. Would highly recommend!!

    Porch and steps

    The porch and steps were done with AngleStone 15 years ago and never maintained. They needed to be re-done. We looked at the different options and decided on Graniflex. We were told Graniflex did not require any maintenance. We checked out the different companies and chose Goldwell. Good reputation, good BBB. They explained the process and time frame and stuck to it. The crew was friendly, cleaned up after themselves and gave us a status at the end of each day. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. We are pleased with the results. There is a 20 year warranty but it is at an additional cost. We will see after the first year how things look and decide then if we will keep up the warranty.

    Garage Floor Repair

    Our concrete garage floor had previously been coated with an epoxy layer to protect against salt dripping from our car in winter. The section of the epoxy floor located outside the garage door, exposed to weather over many years, had deteriorated badly. We called on Goldwell Restoration to chisel out this segment of thick epoxy outside the garage and refinish this part of the garage floor with a non-epoxy coating. As expected the chiseling work damaged the underlying concrete surface significantly. Goldwell successfully filled-in and smoothed out the underlying cratered concrete, refinished beautifully the surface by texturing and painting it with a weather-resistant non-epoxy coating. The work was carried out very professionally with tremendous care and cleanliness. All the debris produced from the chiseling was carefully cleaned off. We recommend Goldwell Restoration for concrete repair UNEQUIVOCALLY.

    Swimming pool apron repair and sealing, repairing all interlocking and sealng front and back yard, parging, and pointing , installing weeping tile and repositioning wood fence.

    After having our garage floor done by Goldwell Restoration last fall, we decided to do major concrete work this spring. Once again they completed all work to our satisfaction. The interlocking which was installed 35 years ago, was brought back to life by Paul. He designed and channeled the driveway for water runoff, he was really a master at his trade, thank you Paul. The concrete work by Lucas was also well done. Our thanks to all the crews, including Monika and Kris, for a job well done. Linda & Peter.

    Garage floor restoration

    Our 35 year old garage floor was in desperate need of repair; numerous cracks, concrete flaking etc. From our initial contact with Goldwell, we found them to be courteous, reliable, honest and knowledgeable. The contract was detailed including a generous warranty. Monika and Kris were consistently available to answer any questions and they communicated daily regarding next steps and the anticipated time the crew would arrive. The work crew were here on seven different occasions and their attention to detail is noted. The work site was always left tidy. We are more than pleased with the end result and do not hesitate in recommending them.

    Concrete wall sealing

    The concrete walls in our condo were not sealed properly and there was a lot of defects in the finishing. Kris and his crew did a great job, very professional!

    Concrete Garage floor

    Very happy with the customer service and quality. Always on time and always cleaned up after the days work. Good communications on the process and what was going on. I would definitely recommend the company.
