Timer controlling outdoor lights did not adjust for DST, allowing lights to remain on after scheduled turn-off time. In-wall timer being extremely small, making reading of labels and adjustment of functions and features next to impossible to accomplish - certainly not for a normal individual. Electrician adjusted timer with ease and in a very short period of time. Electrician is accomplished and professional, providing superlative services. A pleasure to work with.

Hi I call Hi-Lite Electric to connect my pool as the pool technician said there was some electrical work that needed to be done. The two brothers showed up and have been nothing but well knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Turns out the job was a lot bigger than thought and they kept me updated and educated every step of the way. They went above and beyond even putting up lighting for me as a generous gesture. I would recommend these this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again. I now have them going to help out my daughter to do some work in her home.

I've had the pleasure of meeting with Matthew and Steven from Hi-Lite who did some work for me in my home. They were very professional, had excellent communication about the work and were very clear about what needs to be done and how. The work they've done was very clean and proper and they were very accommodating. I would recommend them for any electric jobs you might have.

Matthew, a licensed electrician, arrived the next day after my request. Explained everything thoroughly. Helped me understand what I needed to bring my home up to code. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this family run business.

I wish I would have found this company earlier. I had set appointments with a couple other companies who had agreed to come after a phone confirmations and then never showed and fell off the radar. I was in a pinch because the third electrician I had confirmed didn't show up last Thursday and I had an installation of additional cabinetry booked to be delivered on Friday and Installed on Saturday. I was scrambling on Friday Morning trying to find some one and then I can across Hi-Lite after another electrician I had spoken with that morning and agreed to come - didn't show up. I needed a 100A service panel installed in my garage, to support the installation of a CNC machine and ancillary equipment. After some digging (and not getting callbacks from others), I found Hi-Lite. Matthew (and his dad, and their crew) have been nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. They also installed a Siemens panel, which is my preference, so extra bonus points :) They knocked it out in under a day scheduled after they quoted me, they had a competent crew, and they did it neat and tidy. They did it exactly to the price quoted, which I appreciate. They came to me with any questions and remained about as COVID-safe as possible inside the cramped space. I had a more complicated, second job afterwards regarding the installation of a rotary phase converter and doing some 3 phase wiring. They were ultimately unable to take on the task, but I really do appreciate their total honesty through the process and the ease of working with them (despite it being very busy for them, along with supplier shortages and the rest!). I understand it though, I am glad they made the choice safest for everyone. I definitely will use Hi-Lite whenever I need anything more... normal for a household :) Thanks again, Matt!
