    Kitchen lighting upgrade

    I am happy that I have found this very professional family-run company that I can trust for the electrical work in our home. Stephen did an excellent job of replacing the under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen as well as the installation of several dimmer switches. He explained the pricing system and took his time completing the work, explaining as needed, then cleaning up when finished. It was clear that this family works well together and strives to maintain a dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction. I would definitely call upon them again for any future electrical work. Thank you for a great job!

    Electrical Installations

    Hi-Lite electricians were very professional from the initial phone call. They kept me informed throughout the process of installing light fixtures, smoke detectors and electrical plug-ins in my home. They were very professional, knowledgeable and did a clean job. Pricing was reasonable, and they explained the costs and work done. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical repairs in house.

    Fix wiring in different areas of house

    We had a number of wiring issues that concerned us in our older home. All of these were looked at and corrected to our complete satisfaction. The electrician was thorough in his work and explaining what he would do and then walking us through what he had done when the job was complete. If we have any further need of an electrician, this is the company we would contact.

    Excellent Service

    Hi-Lite Electric was there all the way to the end ensuring the job went smoothly. Their electricians were highly knowledgeable and cleaned their mess up. Everything was seamless and the electricians were friendly. Thanks a lot, you did a great job! I would highly recommend Hi-Lite Electric to anyone who is looking for any electrical service.

    Fixed problem over the phone at no charge

    My wife and I were using an airfryer when the power to the electrical outlet suddenly quit. I was unable to reset the circuit breaker switch and called Luciano, asking for a house call. He said that wasn't necessary and that he would help me over the phone. He then guided me and the switch was reset and power restored. This company's honesty and caring are very hard to find elsewhere these days.

    Great service done right!

    In our home we had a Master bedroom light with a mind of its own turning off randomly. In addition, we had a burn mark on a kitchen outlet, an outside outlet that kept tripping and a garage light switch that was getting stuck. Called Matt at Hi-lite. He came within a couple of days to fix all of this. Very happy. My wife and I recommend this company highly.

    Great work, quickly addressed

    I retained Hi Lite to fix an issue with lighting in a small bathroom, to address a number of visible deficiencies and incomplete work (odds and end) from previous recent renovations, as well as to install new fixtures. Alan provided a quote after a visit to my home and was able to schedule the work soon after. While here Alan observed some issues resulting from incorrect wiring during a recent reno and provided an immediate estimate to undertake this work ... the same day. I was glad to have the benefit of Alan's expertise and advice and was grateful for his attention to detail. Everything was done to my satisfaction and Alan and his partner, Steven were thoughtful and tidy guests throughout the day. Thanks for a great job gentlemen!

    Installing light fixtures, dimmers and remotes

    Wow. That is the best word I can think of to describe the work that Alan and Steven did in my home. I had a number of fixtures (including a ceiling fan) to be hung. I also wanted remotes and dimmers installed outside. Alan reviewed the work with my son and called me at work to tell me how they would proceed and the cost. On the call he made some great recommendations and ended up saving me money on a fixture I had purchased. When I got home all the work was complete and it was done perfectly. There wasn’t even a speck of dust to be seen! They are highly professional, knowledgeable electricians. This is the second time I have hired Hi Lite and I will continue to do so whenever I need electrical work done. Thanks, Alan and Steven, for a great job!

    Electrical work

    I had an issue with a tripped breaker and various other electrical problems. The team came over promptly and diagnosed the problems. They gave me a fair price and completed the work quickly. I’m happy to recommend them.

    Redid the wiring, the breaker box and added new light fixtures.

    The work that was done was excellent and I appreciated the professionalism of the employees. I would return without question any time I needed work done.
