Highly competitive price compared to all other places. Carries quality brands like Trane and Carrier. Have used them for over 15 years, have been in business a very long time. Bonus was great technician came, was quick and patient to explain and answer all my questions. Very neat and tidy and knowledgeable of building codes and regulations for gas, furnace and air conditioning.

Excellent retrofit of rads to forced air a/c and gas heating. Entire project incl removal of inefficient electric heating and designing and install of vent to 90 yr old home.

The air con installation was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Everything is working perfectly after 3 years. Will recocmend to those nearby in Markham. Price is fairly competetive as well.

The technician who came to my house could not fix my furnace problem. And he demanded me to pay him the diagnostic fee. They should have asked for the model of the furnace and if it is not within their ability to fix they should not have undertaken the task. I need people to fix problem, not diagnostic problem. It was not sure if the diagnostic was even correct. Customers should ask this company carefully what they can or cannot do before letting them in your home.

I met Justin from High Life at the fall Home Show in Toronto and got a very competitive pricing. Since I had been shopping for a while I was able to recognize models and compare the prices and recommendations from different providers. I was originally concerned with the rating on Home Stars and even called the office with this question. Apparently this is a very large company with many thousands of installations and hence some reviews which are not positive represent such a minor % that are rather an exception. I went ahead with ordering replacing of all mechanical including a water heater to a tankless version. Overall I am very pleased with my choice and please with the choice of the brand I went with - Carrier. I got very professional recommendations and advise on many aspects including the sizing of the gas pipe in our home where we use gas for many appliances, and a duct system overall. The job was big and required two crews but was still completed in one day. The crews were very professional and the job was done in an excellent manner. Guys came well prepared as Justin explained all the details to them as we discussed and as I wanted them. And it was scheduled on the day I preferred which was great. Throughout the process Justin was available to answer all my questions, and was patient to clarify all the details. I am very happy with the result as it was as hassle free as possible with complete re-gutting the mechanical in the house, and very happy with the customer service. Thank you very much Justin and all the guys who did such a great installation!

The Sales Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a Carrier 13 Seer and was very satisfied with its performance and quietness. Installation work was done great. The unit was securely placed.

I met Adam at the Fall Home Show in Toronto last year and speaking with Adam he gave me a very warm feeling feeling tht this is the company I would like to deal with. He explained that the to take advantage of the governments grants what the process is and also he gave me the best price vs. any other other competitor also. His crew did an excellent job of installing the furnace and explaining how to work it and the maintenance to perform annually. I recommended them to other friends and they very happy with their work also I would highly recommend them

I picked this contractor largely because it has been in business for over 20 years and I was assured the installation would be no problem in the hands of the experienced installers. Yet, my air cleaner could not work right after the installation was completed. Manager/partner refused to take any responsibilties. My advice is to make the installer verify and document the working condition of existing equipment before installation and double check after the installation.

Terrible install of furnace and tankless hot water system.. Salesman did not deliver what he promised regarding install.. Had to have installer back 3 times to get it right..left house and yard area messy. Poor response times when contacted. Appear to not want to be in business. Cannot recommend

It is a referral by parents in law. They were quite satisfied with the company installed the whole system for them few years ago. Salesman is knowledgeable and the installer is experienced. It just take a little bit faster to finish the installation than the salesman told us. Overall we are quite satisfied too.
