Terrible after install service

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to you since we didn’t get a fair chance to do so over our brief conversation. We focus all our efforts in building quality door systems and we do our best to service our customers. However we do not generally service doors or do glass inserts on doors or transoms that are not built by us. The price we quoted you for the sweeps included staining it to a custom color, a color we do not stock, and have our service rep out to install. Realistically we have to charge appropriately for the labor & parts involved. We are sorry you chose to go on social media to try tarnish our reputation over such a trivial matter. The irony is that it wasn't about a terrible after install service or job badly done, it was about a quote you didn't like and the idea that we do not service doors not built by us. We wish you well.
