The show room is full of options, clean and organized and was critical in helping us make our decision. Our door looks fantastic and was customized exactly how we discussed. We recently purchased a beautiful custom designed entry door and sidelight from Home Decor Window & Door Centre and found the product to be exceptional, beginning with the quality options available, the friendly & efficient assistance through the selection and ordering process and finally through the final delivery and customer service provided. Of course we weren't at all surprised about that. We chose to order our doors from Home Decor mainly because the first door we purchased from them several years ago still looks great and has performed exceptionally well since, and also came with a high level of personal care & professional customer service.

From the first time I sent in my contact info and the rough measurements and pictures of the front of my house, Home Decor has exceeded my expectations on all facets of my experience as a customer. San reached out to me through email with three different options which ranged in price, style etc. We exchanged a few emails back and forth but I instead preferred to reach out to him directly and speak to him over the phone. We spoke at long length about my options etc and what pricing he was able to offer Their website had pictures of all of the door options in terms of style, colour etc. San suggested for me to come into the showroom to see many of the doors in person as well as the different hardware and glass options etc. I found visiting their showroom so useful in making my decision and the level of patience, professionalism and knowledge displayed by San made me feel very confident with my decision to use their company. San provided me with really good insights as to what door, colour, style would match the exterior of my house. He was very realistic about the time frame to have my door installed and even ended up installing my door 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I really couldn't be happier with the door and the service I received from Home Decor Windows and Doors. Kudos to San and his team for a job well done. The door took 8 weeks from the time I ordered it but it was well worth the wait. I am constantly receiving so many compliments about my newly installed front door. The common word frequently being thrown around is "Simply Gorgeous"

The door is beautiful, workmanship is excellent. Went to the home show, talked to many doors manufacturers, but ended up went with Home Decor. San gave us a tour at the back, showed us everything we need to know. Highly recommend Home Decor Window & Door.

I required a new front door due to a break in. After researching various types of doors, I decided on fiberglass due to its inherent strength, durability, longevity, and minimal maintenance. I also compared the manufacturing process, hardware components, and locking systems from several companies. I ended up selecting Home Decor. They were at a higher price point than other companies, however the build quality and hardware were superior and justified the higher price. Home Decor custom manufactures their doors at their facility in Concord and uses a German manufactured multipoint locking system. There was some back and forth in selecting the door style as there was limited styles for a large 42' width door. On San's advise, I ended up selecting a modern style in solid black with sandblasted glass on either side. San made every effort to manufacture my door as quickly as possible as my existing door was damaged due to the break in. The installers came on time and finished the job in about 5 hours. Home Decor does not outsource their installers - the crews are employees of the company which also adds to the overall cost of the door. The 2 installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. This company produces a high quality product for a premium price - you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Overall, I am delighted with door and have received many complements.
