We were very pleased with the quality of the door and trim. San was very knowledgeable and was of great assistance in helping us to choose the door. The installers were amazing and were very particular about the installation. They paid attention to detail and carefully cleaned the area when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company.

On our first visit to the showroom Sam was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and did not pressure us for a sale. The day of the installation the installers arrived on time, carefully took down our old door and installed our new door while working neatly and carefully. A very pleasant experience!

Over 10 years ago, Home Decor Window & Door Centre redid our front door and a sliding patio door. We were very happy with the service and quality. Our door still looks great 10 years later. San, Sue and their build and install team are simply amazing. Their attention to detail, dedication to customer focus and passion for perfection make their company simply a pleasure to deal with. We have all worked with someone who is only about the money and the transaction. It’s never fun. Sue and San are about the relationship. They listen. They are attentive to the smallest details and demonstrate compassion. The doors and workmanship are simply EXCEPTIONAL and precise. We replaced 6 exterior doors and 3 of them were double doors. Not a single damage to our home. The crew is clean and make sure they are very careful in working in our home. I’m very happy we worked with them. Will absolutely refer them and use them again.

My husband and I needed a new door for our 20 year old home. We drove around several neighbourhoods looking at doors - identifying things that we liked and wanted in our door. We found several doors by Home Decor Door and Window that were beautiful. We went to see them at their showroom and were very pleased with the selection. They could customize the door to include everything we wanted. We visited several other door stores - all at comparable prices but for several reasons they could not provide us with all the features we wanted. We worked with San to pick out the door we wanted. He and one of the installers then visited our home to make sure that what we had requested would fit and to get the exact measurements. We ordered the door and got a lovely early Christmas present when it was delivered and installed just a few days ago. I couldn't be happier with it. From beginning to end the process was smooth and efficient. The staff were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
