New Front & Back Doors
Very pleased with the outcome of both my new front and back doors. We explored several different companies and got quotes for replacement doors. Our old front door had a semi-elliptical transom and we had difficulty finding a design we liked to replace it. When we met San at Home Decor Window & Door Center, he suggested a solid door with a semi-elliptical top and getting rid of the transom all together. Likewise for the back door which had a rectangular transom.
In the pictures I show the before and after. We are delighted with the doors, especially the front. It stands out as unique in the neighborhood.
I would have rated Home Decor as a 10, except for a minor issue. The gap between the door and the frame of our front door was a tidy 2 mm. The gap in the back door is closer to 4+ mm. There is no problem with the seal, as it is tight on both. It's just a minor observation as the latches are more noticeable on the back door due to the larger gap.
Again, we are very pleased with the doors and have no reservations with recommending Home Decor.

Thank you for your business, comments and recommendations. Every 36" door isn't always exactly the same width. As per Manufacturers allowed tolerance the doors can be 1/16"-1/8" smaller which in your case accounts for the difference in spacing between frame & door. Being within tolerance the door still seals nicely as noticed. We are very thankful and appreciative and consider this a great feat to have received a rating of 9 from a customer who is so detailed to the millimetres.
