The response from Dimitri was awesome with a great price that I was very pleased about. Gary and George arrived at my house early the next morning and worked the full day doing the removal of my old units and installing a new furnace and air conditioner. My furnace was rusty and cracked as it had caused some issues over the winter. They did a thorough cleanup and left me with a smile on my face as I would now have cool air for those hot days. I had to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I contacted a few suppliers for quotes. When Costco rebate came up, I decided to approach Husky that installs and services Lennox. Alex, sales consultant, visited us at home and provided us with a number of options and answered all my questions. His suggestions were professional and demonstrated not only his knowledge of Lennox equipment but also of the city by-laws. Prices for different models were explained in detail - I was positively impressed that he was not trying to sell the most expensive models, but suggested what would work the best in our specific circumstances. All the paperwork was filed and all the rebates were explained. The installers, Gary and George, arrived on time. They were attentive to all details and explained to me key steps of the process. Gary provided a lot of practical advice and did an excellent job. He cleaned the working area. Gary even moved the gas line to free more space in the laundry room - it was greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend Husky. Such high quality workmanship is quite rare these days..

If you are having problems with your HIGH VELOCITY air-conditioning unit, look no further! I have a townhouse and it was very frustrating for me having to go through different number of companies for weeks (who actually confirmed on the phone afirmed would afirm they knew how to deal with High Velocity), but who at the end, were unable to do anything except waste my time and money. Husky sent their professional called Danny, who was the first competent to find the issues and fix them one by one. Husky service costs were slightly above the price range compared to other previous companies I previously hired, But it is worth it considering it will spare you from unecessary headaches and save your time. I am still trying to get my money back from a company who basically thought it was correct to charge me without fixing the issue (and even gave me an incorrect diagnosis of the problem!) It seems that High Velocity systems/combo systems are not very of commonly used in residential units, so few companies are efficient fixing it. If you have a High Velocity system as well, request Husky to send their technician DANNY. I also would like to thank the entire Husky team for their excellent customer service and management efficiency. I am writing this review 5 days after their visit, to make sure my system is working well in warmer days as well, and it finally fully operational now. Thank you Husky team!

I need this Duct Relocation job before finishing my basement. The job is not satisfied to me. I spent my time to work with them, and there are still many reworks. Some cutting areas not matching the duct, and have to use aluminum tape to cover. I still check and repair by myself even today. The lead Alex is professional, but not every body in the team can do the very good job. At least, for the Ventilation Duct job, I will not recommend to my friends

We had Husky install our AC a few years ago and now needed to replace the furnace - exceptional and frictionless service. Dimitri came to provide the quote, once agreed upon, quickly scheduled the install, the installers showed up, did the install, tested everything, cleaned up and left. Never been disappointed by Husky and continue to be impressed by their excellent service on all levels, from sales to install to post service. Highly recommended!

On a very cold night the pipe in our tankless water heater froze and burst. Unfortunately, the model that we had is not very common and obtaining parts to fix it would have taken several days. We opted to replace the unit and after calling several companies decided to go with Husky. We were given a very competitive quote and the installation crew arrived one hour later. The job took over three hours to complete, the installers were very professional and we are very happy with our new water heater. It was done on a very frigid day and it was really nice to have the hot water back within hours.

It was a great job from start to finish. Excellent service after the installation, the rebates are taken care of by the office. No pressure for maintenance plans etc. Much appreciated.

The service was done very fast. The technicians did a great job identifying the problem. The sales person was very helpful explaining the best option, including the government and manufacturers rebates to save some money. The furnace installation was very fast which is important during winter months. The only downside, the rebates are taking longer than I thought, that's something to follow up.

An associated recommended Husky, so I called Dimitry to get a quote to replace my malfunctioning furnace. He gave me the best cost efficient HE furnace. I decided on Lennox as my associate did, also a trusted brand. The sales and after sales services were great, Installation went smooth. Husky is worth considering for your HVAC needs.
