I called Dimitry to get a quote to replace my malfunctioning furnace. He gave me the best cost efficient HE furnace. I choose Lennox as I trusted the brand. The sales and after sales services were excellent. The technicians Ali and Sam came on time and did a clean work. this company is worth considering for your HVAC requirements.

I arrived home on a Friday night with a furnace blowing cold air while it was -15 degrees outside. I called 2 companies for emergency service and both told me they were too busy and would prioritize customers with a service contract so I should call back the next morning. On Saturday morning, the house had reached 11 degrees inside so I called Direct Energy which tried to push a maintenance contract on me and Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. Husky promised me a technician during the day (they said likely just before lunch). Technician Serjuei called to inform me that there was a lot of calls ahead of me and that he would be able to assist early afternoon. Serjuei showed up just after lunch and fixed the furnace promptly by replacing a faulty inducer motor. No suspicious sales tactic trying to get me to sign a $28/month service plan here.... I can't say if Husky was the cheapest option but at the end, they dispatched a technician fairly quickly after I called and did a excellent job fixing my furnace in this cold weather so I'm a satisfied customer. Will definately be calling them back in the spring to replace my aging air conditioning unit.

I've bought my furnace from Husky Air 2.5 yrs ago. Recently, it stopped working and I called the company. They have dispatcher on the pnone for extended hours. Technician returned my call next morning and came later the same day. The technician (Oleg) found the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot. I am very happy with service.

My new furnace (Lennox EL296UH070XV36B) was installed on July 16 2014 by Husky. Before putting this order I have called 3 companies to get quotes. Dmitri of Husky produced the best impression among others. He helped me to make a right choice, explained all details and gave solid promise that everything would be done exactly like I wanted to. I have finished basement and there was very little space to install 2 pipes for high efficiency furnace. Moreover I had separate thermostat for AC in Basement (it was very uncomfortable) and wanted them to make new wire to the main floor so that the same thermostat could be used for both AC and furnace. Dmitri assured me that his installer could do it. Installer Tal was amazing. With just one small hole in the wall he managed to install new wires for AC and joint them with the furnace thermostat. In a very tiny space he managed to install two pipes with making only a couple of small holes in the basement ceiling. Certainly, it was not easy job and took a lot of time. But he did it. In addition, Husky gave me a good discount for duct cleaning and made this job too. Thank you.

Installation of furnace was done within 3.5 hours by 2 installers, both of them knowledgeable and respectable. We were happy and would recommend Husky to our friends and relatives. Good Job, Alireza

Husky was one of the three companies I called for possible replacement of our 23 years old Lennox furnace. Dimitry from Husky came and was very helpful with with our options in an old uninsulated house. We chose the LennoxSLP98V. The two installers Sergej and Gary did a great job of installing the furnace, very knowledgable, friendly,personable. All done in one day. Good experience.

I called Husky Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote on a furnace and A/C replacement ( I also received quotes from two other companies). Dmitri arrived on time and analyzed what I had and what could be used to replace the equipment. We discussed several Lennox options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in responding to all questions and was not at all pushy. I decided to have a Lennox SLP98V furnace and Lennox XC14 (2.5 ton)A/C installed. I negotiated and we agreed upon a price which included an A/C winter cover and a free home air duct cleaning. He explained all the rebates that applied and stated that his office would handle all the paperwork for the rebate applications and registration of the appliances for warranty purposes. I was impressed with Dmitri. The installers arrived on time on the determined installation day. They lay down floor tarps along the entire path to the furnace room. Gary and Sergei were very personable, answering all of my questions as they worked. They seemed to be quite professional and careful in their approach. The installation was completed in one day and they cleaned up and removed all the old appliances and debris. As promised, their office handled the paperwork. Thank you Nika for being so assistive and for responding to my emails. Thank you all at Husky Air. The price listed includes all taxes but does not include the Lennox, OPA and Enbridge rebates which all do apply.

I called a few companies to get quote on purchasing a specific brand and specific model furnace (Lennox SLP98). After checking a few and hearing all sort of prices and sales pitches, I called Husky and talked to Dimitri, He gave me a quote which was competitive to others, was very straight forward and quoted exactly based on what I wanted. He didn't try at all to sell me more product or anything not needed. After agreeing with the price, Husky company booked the installers for the very next day and they showed up sharp on time. Both installers were professional and quick. They completed the task hassle free and answered all my questions. The following business day, I got email from Husky office saying that they did register my furnace with manufacturer to get full warranty , plus they completed all the paper works to get all the rebates from manufacturer and from the OPA. Awesome job to say the least from the moment I called to get a quote to last part which was applying for rebates. The only suggestion I have is that: It would be great if technicians wear booties, or to clean up the dust left behind. It is not a biggie but that's the only thing I can say for improvement. I definitely use their service and recommend them to my friends.
