We had Insta Insulation come out and spray foam our basement. Time will tell on the efficiency reliability but so far we love the product and were amazed at the difference in feel.

I just had my Attic insulated and I am so glad that I chose Insta-Insulation. The two men that came out, Jeremy & Erik, were EXCELLENT! They were clean, considerate , when I asked a question they were more than willing to take the time to explain to me what they were doing or why they were doing what they were doing. They were in and out in two hours and left my place clean and tidy. Thank you and we will be sure to recommend our friends to your company.

Found surface mold on roof deck in attic and called Insta-Insulation. Insta- came out and had a look and provided a detailed quote and time estimates. Work was scheduled quickly. The guys were friendly, professional and answered all questions I had. Carpets, stairs, room with attic assess were all completely protected. Another company remediated the mold, Insta- removed the old insulation, fixed all venting and air circulation problems and reinsulated. When the job was done, you couldn't tell they had been there. Staff over the phone was very helpful with scheduling, billing and any questions asked. Insta- did a great job. Thanks.

I had insta come out to my house to spray a large crawl space and was very pleased to have excellent service! They were on time, got the job finished faster than expected and all around we're really a great team of guys!! I highly recommend insta to anyone looking to get insulation properly insulated !!

I have a room in my house above the garage. My house was built in 1972 and there wasn't any insulation in the walls and very little in the floor. When we decided to renovate this room from an office to a new baby room we absolutely had to improve the insulation as this room was a good 5 degrees Celsius cooler or warmer than the rest of the upstairs depending on the season. I called in Insta-Insulation based on recommendations from friends and coworkers and on the fact that they work with Mike Holmes. I wasn't disappointed. The job required two applications of insulation foam: one to the floor and another to the exterior walls once the subfloor and framing was done. Jason & Jeremy handled the floor insulation and Jamie & Ben handled the walls. Both crews were clean, professional and fast. The fact that they could accommodate my work schedule by coming in first thing in the morning and completing each stage of the job quickly meant minimal disruption for me. Both crews were courteous and explained what they were going to do as well as answering all safety questions I had. This gave me peace of mind as I have a 18-month old child and a pregnant wife. Their safety and comfort are my primary concern. Finally, both crews left the house as clean as they found it in spite of the potential mess the spraying of insulation foam could create. I should also mention that the office staff were very polite and helpful. They ensured that I was able to have the first time slot of the morning so that I wasn't stuck at home waiting. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Insta-Insulation and their staff. They do a professional job from start to finish.

Very god job done by Jason Sweeny and Jeremy Sanche and Insta-Insulation today. As requested they called when they were on their way, they did a good job spraying the cold cellar and cleaned up.

Very polite, honest, attention to detail staff. The jobsite was sparkling clean after they were finished. They made sure that everything was understood and answered all our questions professionally. I would call them again, no hesitation.

Alex quoted me a very competitive price over the other companies. We picked a date and they also called to confirm they day before. They were exactly on time and the crew that came explained everything that they were going to do in a clear way. The crew took care of masking the job properly which was very important as we did this as a reno so there was furniture literally feet away from where they were foaming. There was no mess and no clean up that I needed to do. Would recommended!!!

The team was great, from sales through to completion. They didn't try to up-sell, answered all our questions (and our neighbour's questions), came on time (actually a few minutes early), and when we had some trouble with the parking on our street, showed a lot of ingenuity to make it work that morning.

We received three quotes for the same services. While the cost of the actual insulation work was within the ballpark for all three, Insta Insulation came in much lower on the removal of the existing insulation. The three seperate crews that came to our home were all very pleasant and were efficient in their work. After completing the work, they vacuumed and left the place clean. Blown in cellulose is a messy job and leaves a light dust covering on everything so be sure all your stuff is covered. We particularly want to give credit to Scot who was the one who blew in the cellulose insulation at our home - he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks Scot!
