This group was very professional throughout. The appointment for the quote was kept on time and the person was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was quick, clean and thorough. The service was very friendly and considerate.

I contacted this company after finding problems in the attic. My home is only 9 years old so I was concerned as to why I was having issues. After meeting with Brandon of Insta Insulation, he really put my mind at ease after telling me it was not too bad. I made an appointment to have the insulation upgraded to R50. I was told the crew would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and they arrived spot on time. They went into the attic to assess what was necessary and started right away. Plastic sheeting as used as to not make a mess, very grateful for that, and when the work was completed the crew went in and cleaned up after themselves. In this day and age when we are not sure of any contractors any more, it is truly fantastic to have a group of young men come in, do exactly what they said would do, charge the exact amount I was quoted and leave without really any trace of them even being there, except the upgraded insulation of course. I would highly recommend Insta Insulation to anyone who requires this type of work, it really was a painless experience. Thanks to the crew for doing such a good job and the company for following up with me after the work was done (another thing that is almost unheard of these days).

The appointement with Jeremy to obtain a quote was scheduled in a few days. Jeremy answered all our questions and provide a written estimate. We had requested the insulation to meet R50 standards as well as our attic hatch needed to be insulated. In addition arrangement was made to have their handy man come over on the installation date to add a roof jack to vent our bathroom fan more appropriately. The price was reasonable, a bit higher than others but it was the only company who wanted to actually come over and look at the work required and provide a written estimate. The other companies preferred to give an estimate over the phone. I did not want any surprises on installation day. Installation date was scheduled for an afternoon installation on Feb 6th 2012. I called on Friday Feb 3rd to confirm the appointment time. Here is the reason why I am rating my satisfaction at a 9. The installers showed up at 8:30 am on installation date (originally scheduled between 1-4 pm). Luckily my wife had not yet left the house and was able to get the guys started. I would have appreciated a call to advise of the change. I welcomed the earlier appointment but would have appreciated a heads up as we had made prior arrangement for time off from work etc. However, overall was pleased with the work done and the manner in which it was done. Despite the mix up in time we felt the difference due to the attic insulation right away and it contributed a whole lot to our improved air sealing. I would reccommend this company to family and friends.

We had a great experience all the way around! I made myself well informed before the estimator arrived to give the quote. The estimator was excellent with information and suggestions to the point I felt confident this wasn't going to be a fly by night company. The installers were very neat and tidy with all they did. They explained what they were doing, as well as showed me along the way. Contractors can be a pain in the butt, this company proved that wrong. Highly recommended to use as quality counts for me.

We chose Insta-insulation after meeting with their salesperson. He was polite, very well informed about their products, how the job would be done and made himself available for further questions we had. The company also provided a handyman service which would install a bathroom roof vent the way we wished at a reasonable price. The job was delayed due to a restructuring within the office, however they arrived early...great and finished everything efficiently and cleaned up after. They were not the least expensive, however they did the job to our satisfaction.

The estimator arrived on time and discussed the project. A quote was prepared on-site and emailed to me. Their quote was the lowest of 3. There was a delay in a couple of days in booking the job as they were making some changes in their scheduling group. The installers called the morning the work was scheduled and advised that they would be arriving in an hour - ahead of schedule. The installers were very professional and efficient. The floor/windows were covered and the foam applied. The whole process took about 2 hours. The installers cleaned up and headed off to the next job. The insulation was approved by the City of Toronto inspector the next day. I would recommend the company to friends.

I was dreading this day for a long time, I needed to replace the insulation in my attic. I had called a few places for quotes but no one was as helpful as insta insulation. They new what they were talking about even gave me tips and options on how to prevent mold in my attic. They went in great detail of what they were going to do and how beneficial it was. I was thinking of installing attic insulation myself. However, I'm so glad I didn't because I would have inadvertently created a potential mould problem through not providing proper outside ventilation via the soffit vents. This was all explained to me when I hooked up with Insta-Insulation. And what a great Company they turned out to be. After choosing their services, we had a visit from the installation adviser, Tom McGhee, who took the time to explain the procedure, and to answer all my question. My wife and I anticipated some dust and noise—not to mention cold drafts—but the procedure was totally non-invasive. I was so impressed by the installers’ professionalism and by the superb job they did, that I was on the phone to the Company soon after the truck left our driveway. I’m sure there are lots of good insulation companies out there, but I can recommend Insta-Insulation most highly and without reservation.

Our project is a two level porch approx. 14ft by 6 ft with a full foundation, due to proximity to the property line we were required to build this wall in block. We choose to use the spray application on the block walls to reduce the amount of wall space and batten that would be needed to obtain the required rating. Cost comparison was very close when loss of space and labor costs were included and I found all the representatives either in person or on-line to be helpful, courteous and well informed about the product they offer. The installation was completed on time and quickly and I would suggest that if you are looking for insulation to give them a call.

Had my attic insulated and was very happy with the services provided by insta insulation. Office staff was very polite and helpful, sales staff was knowledgeable and not pushy and work crew was very polite. Would highly recommend this company!
