    Friendly and great work done!

    I recently had several plumbing issues in a newly leased property, and this company did an outstanding job addressing them all. From start to finish, their team was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain the work needed and ensured everything was done to a high standard. What impressed me the most was how clean they left the job site once the work was completedsomething many contractors often overlook. Their attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. I would highly recommend J S HOME SERVICES to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

    Kitchen sinks not draining

    Renters where pouring grease down their drain. Sludge plug of grease causing backup. Representatives came and resolved the problem. Great service and professionalism.

    Fast, efficient, knowledge and friendly. Can understand why all my neighbours recommended JS to me.

    Costly, but effective

    They're professionals. It felt expensive (though admittedly, I'm pretty naive about the costs of water system maintenance) but they know their business. I will say that the abrupt morning phone call 12 hours after receiving the invoice asking me to pay was a little heavy-handed, but that's nitpicking and I'm sure they get some customers who aren't intending to pay too quickly.

    Toilet Repair

    Thank you for fixing my broken toilet! The issue was fixed quickly upon contacting the company. They arrived on time and were extremely professional and very polite. Highly recommend this company to assist with any plumbing needs. Thanks - Leanne F

    Shower Cartridge replacement

    Service was good but I feel they were a little expensive. All work was done as per expectation.

    WaterSoftener and Chlorine removing unit servicing

    Mike came to look at my unit which was leaving a greasy film on the water in the salt tank. After a thorough think through about what the problem could be, he advised that I start with the simplest and least expensive possibility, and go from there. That was really refreshing. But it gets even better! While working with my softener unit, he noticed that my water heater (rented) was corroded so badly that it posed a risk of breaking down and flooding. So, I alerted the company, and got all my stuff out of harm's way, just in case! Indeed, they are coming to replace the water heater - this one is confirmed not repairable. All this benefit to me because J&S sent an experienced technician, and one who is alert to his work environment. Thanks J&S. Thanks Mike!
