    Furnace

    We have been using this company for over 30 years for installation and servicing. We recently replaced our 26-year-old furnace, also installed by Kelly's! Joe and Neil have always been extremely professional, honest, and their service personnel very personable and highly-skilled.

    Boiler - Hot Water Combi

    In 25 years we used many HVAC for both major replacements of boilers, A/C and also for annual servicing. Kelly's is by far the best! Whether you are looking for servicing of equipment or - like us major investment in new high efficiency systems these guys are professional and efficient. Their follow-up for any issue is outstanding. I wouldn't use anyone else.

    Installing a new gas wall oven

    Kelly's have expertly maintained our gas furnace for many years so we knew they were the folks to ask to install our new gas wall oven. Matt came right over to assess what had to be done. In order to install the oven properly, there were some tricky issues to be worked out and Matt found a solution and handled the job beautifully with the assistance a co-worker. We are very fortunate to have such a caring and professional group of folks at Kelly's to get the job done right and safely.

    Installing a new gas oven.

    We've used Kelly's services for maintaining our furnace for many years and have always received excellent and courteous service. Just last week we asked them to install a new gas wall oven into an older wall cabinet which presented a number of unforseen issues. Matt took on the challenge and solved the problems with his creative thinking and expertise. He is a true example of the caring, pleasant and knowledgeable service you can expect and will get from Kelly's. My sincere thanks to Matt and the Kelly team.

    Excellent work

    Had a new AC system installed over a day and a half. Kelly’s workers are very skilled and professional. Excellent work. Owners Joe and Neil are also excellent.

    Professional and timely service!

    Extremely professional and timely crew! Would hire again in a heartbeat - changed the furnace and water heater.

    Furnace Replacement

    Kelly's Heating was on-time, professional, courteous and above all trust-worthy. Joe did a thorough review of our 19-year old furnace ensuring that it was not repairable prior to providing a quote for the new one. Comparison shopping revealed that the Rheem furnace Kelly's quoted was the best size for our home and the price of $5,900 was fair. The removal/install went smoothly. Neil and his install technicians answered all questions and communicated very well throughout the process. They left everything neat, tidy and working smoothly. We also had them install a whole-house HEPA filter ($2,445) which we are very happy with. Highly recommend Kelly's Heating!!

    New boiler

    Consultation and estimate by Joe was extremely helpful. Neil took over very professionally, then Cathy took care of the detail and admin and wonderful to deal with. But, what got me to consider JKelly in the first place was a chance encounter with Scott and Omar. These guys are two of their installers and I have never encountered two more personable and knowledgeable guys. They did a great job and represent JKelly extremely well.

    New Furnace

    During a routine service call to check the furnace for the upcoming winter, the Kelly's technician determined that we needed a new boiler. Within an hour of being informed of this issue, we received a call asking if a technician could come to the house, assess what type of furnace was needed and review the options with my husband and me. By the end of the day, I had rec'd a quote for the cost of replacing and installing a new unit. 9 days later, the team from Kelly's arrived with the new unit at 8:30 a.m. and by 5 p.m. our new boiler was installed. The whole procedure went very smoothly, any concerns were addressed immediately and the experience overall confirmed that we will use Kelly's for all our future heating and air conditioning needs.
