We had our old tiles removed and replaced with 24 x 24 ceramic tiles. Loreto coordinated the job with the help of Karel who did overal a great job. After a few days I've noticed that some grout come out. They quickly come over to do some touched up. They also reassured me that they would come over in future in case some other problem with grout would arise.

This was my first time working with Loreto and his team and it won't be the last . Loreto and his team did a very good job with my two washrooms and kitchen floor. I am also very happy with Carlos' tile setting experience. He pays attention to details and does a good job. The project also went smoothly and Loreto was very co-operative. I will be hiring them again :-)

Loreto & his team were a pleasure! He quoted us next day & had the job started the following week. Loreto came by to see how things were looking, which made us feel taken care of. He delivered as promised & stuck to his fair quote. Appreciate his prompt communication & help with addressing our concerns. He even helped to get us contractor's discount at Tile Depot which saved us some money. Honest work & trustworthy which is hard to come by these days. We highly recommend his services!

We recently replaced our kitchen counters and needed someone to install the marble back splash which we purchased. We went on to the Homestars web site and read the excellent reviews for JBG Tile and Contracting and decided to give Loreto a call. Loreto responded quickly with a competitive price and a booking date. Karel arrived exactly on time and completed the job in one day. He was very neat and cleaned up everything after. Karel does excellent work and we are very pleased with the look of our new back splash. I would recommend JBG Tile and Contracting to anyone considering having this type of work done.

I was online looking for a tile company to remove my existing ceramic tile and replace with porcelain 24 x 24 tile. Not sure where to start I came across "Homestars" and found JBG Tile & Contracting. So I contacted them and Loreto came to our home one evening (and he was on time may I say!) to give us a quote. After getting other quotes, my husband and I decided that we were most comfortable with the JBG quote and the vibe we got from Loreto. Needless to say that vibe was correct. We weren't overly comfortable with leaving our home in the hands of strangers as we went off to work/vacation, but I have to say they did an excellent job on our floors and our home was well cared for. Had the Cabinet installer at my home yesterday and he commented more than once on what a good job the tile company did. He actually wanted to know the name of the company. I can without reservation Highly recommend JBG and Loreto. They did what they said they were going to do and on time....how often can you find that today??

I contacted Loreto based on the Homestars rating JBG Tile and Contracting had. His quote was competitive and he offered to start the work to meet my renovation schedule. The guys he sent showed up on time, contacted me if they had any questions about the work to be done, and cleaned up when the job was completed. They were definitely one of the better contractors I have used for my home reno. If I need any tile installations in the future they will be the contractor I will be calling, and I will be recommending them to anyone who need a tile contractor.

WOW !! Excellent from the moment I sent my email inquiry. I received a response the very next day, we set up an appointment for Loreto to come and look at the job. Sent me a professional quote that afternoon. We scheduled a day and time for installation. Team arrived ON TIME and were amazing ! The attention to detail, respect of our home etc. was very much appreciated. Karel does fabulous work and puts in a full days work. Highly recommend JBG !

We decided to go with JBG after reviewing various reviews on HomeStars and we highly rate their work as a 10. The quote was reasonable and Loreto and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the removal of our uneven tiles to the dry pack levelling process and finally with the professional installation by Korel who is a master tile installer. All of the team were meticulous with their work and took pride in the job being done. There was an initial minor snag with tile delivery time which was resolved by Loreto picking up the tiles on Easter Sunday in order for the job to proceed.

I decided to go with Loreto and crew for my floor Flattening by dry pack in preparation for installing my large format tiles. From the beginning, Loreto responded to my request very promptly and answered all my questions and concerns. Speaking to him, I felt very confident in choosing them for the job. The work was scheduled and completed promptly and to my meticulous satisfaction. Everyone I met from his crew were very friendly and I would happily and highly recommend JBG without any reservation. The JBG team were punctual and efficient with sealing off the main floor, ripping out the tiles, preparing new dry pack, and laying the new tiles. They were friendly and professional, and Loreto checked the work daily. Overall, we are very happy with the new floor.
