Update Dec. 9: Compensated customer for broken lamp, made additional adjustments to hours worked. Final total cost less than her previous move one year ago. Update Nov.22: Moved on Friday night. And our customer care department went to investigate on the compaint on Monday right a way. Contacted customer on Tuesday (Nov.22) to provide result of the investigation and monetary deductions. Additional new information was provided by customer, we are in second round of investigation. Will provide update upon completion. Thank you.
