Great job! Kiya and his group were right on time, efficient and well priced. Job matched the estimate entirely. They installed a number of potlights, moved some jacks and did some general electrical fixes. Highly recommended.

I had just recently purchased a home built in the 70's and had contracted Kia to upgrade my houses from 100A service to 200A service. Before he was to start the job I had came across the fact that the whole house was wired with aluminum wire. I called Kia and he was there the next day ( which was a Sunday ). He gave me a pretty reasonable quote considering other similar rewiring costs on this site and it also still included the service upgrade. Kia and his team started the following Monday right on time. As the job progressed it turned out to be a more difficult job than Kia had guessed given the fact that the house is a 5-level backsplit with wires going all over the place from one half storey to another and also two very shallow attics. Kia spent the extra time needed and had his team working hard to get the job as soon as they could. The original estimated time was 3-4 days and with all the obstacles it took an additional couple days. Kia did not try and adjust his original quote. He stood by it. And through all the rewiring he also scheduled my power shut of with Toronto hydro to switch out my meter base and put in my new 200A panel. The panel he put in is enough to run another entire house. Great for any possible basement renovations. Great thinking! He also scheduled an inspection so I could get papers certifying the house is all copper for insurance and resale purposes. Over all my experience with Kia was above top notch. He promptly responds to phone calls and is very patient with explaining the things that he's doing and why they need to be done. I wouldn't hesitate a second to hire him and his crew for any future electrical work. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks Kia!!

Put in a new deck this fall and wanted to have a couple of outdoor receptacles around the deck away, which is away from the house. Also needed was a full-house surge protector and some new pot lights. After checking around, called Kia. He and his crew came in and did a fantastic job, within the time frame indicated. And also cleaned up the work space afterwards. Will be calling him back next year for some more pot light work. Recommend highly!

I had a very complicated job because the hydro wires were going into the aluminum in the house . I had electricians refuse the job because it was too complicated. However Kia and his assistant from Kiya Sunrise did a great quality job and I fully recommend him for any electirical work. And his price was reasonable. If I have any future electrical work, I will be calling Kia.

Kiya upgraded my 100 amps to 200 amps and changed the whole panel and the old messy wires and he did a great job. Kia is very confident in his job and has a great personality and he does a great job and his price is reasonable. We have worked with Kiya through an extensive house renovation and could not be more pleased with the service we have received. We removed all old wiring, rewired for lightswitches and outlets, put in potlights, and relocated a kitchen throughout our project. Kiya and his team have been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Their work is completed quickly and has been very well done. Kiya has been available at all times to answer phone calls or to drop by in order to answer questions or consult with our plans. We would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone. I needed a reasonable and professional electrician to rewire and clean up the excess wire running throughout the stores. Didn't expect Kiya to do a better job than I had expected. He was reasonable and paid attention to detail when getting my job done. He brought his team and just took 2 days to finish a job i was previously estimated by others to take 5 - 7 days. I am very happy with the final look and his price was very reasonable. I will not use anyone else but KIYA, too bad he won't take jobs in Mississauga, hopefully I can convince him to do some jobs for us there.

We bought a home earlier in the year and hired Kiya to help us with some rewiring and some electrical for in wall appliances. Kiya was very friendly and was thorough in explaining the work to be done. His pricing was reasonable and his team worked very efficiently. They were by far the best contractors out of all the ones that's been working at my home. Highly recommended!

Kiya was helpful removing all knob and tube from our house. It was a big job and he worked to our complicated schedule and was always positive. He even installed an outdoor outlet for us and helped me install a thermostat all for free. Great man.
