    Sub Panel,8 switches,6 recepticles

Keya was on time and fast and efficeint at his job. He fished wires through walls and with his assistant added a sub panel, switches and recepticles. Keya is a decent man and came in under his estimated quote at $400. I will use him again.

    Knob and tube rewiring

Kiya and his team replaced the old knob and tube wiring throughout my in-laws' 100-year old house in Toronto. The job was big, but it was done done very quickly, with amazingly few holes having to be cut in the walls (we were fearful that large areas of the walls and floors might need to be ripped apart, but this wasn't necessary). The cost was very reasonable. Kiya and his crew are very experienced, skilled, and creative - my in-laws and I thoroughly recommend them!

    knob and tube rewiring

He was very knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable quote for the work (complete rewiring of 2 stories and a basement). He was also able to start the job right away and the work was completed very quickly which kept us on a good schedule for other renovations. However, the basement lights were installed improperly and there were a few connections that needed to be fixed. He was very helpful in coming back to fix the problems but the lights were still not done to our satisfaction. They were damaged when initially installed and we expected them to be replaced which they weren't. Overall satisfied but not sure I would use them again.

    Knob and tube replacement

We were referred to Kia by a friend, and were not disappointed! They rewired our house replacing the old knob and tube and aluminium wiring; installed basement pot lights; added some three-way switches. Kia and his crew were great, and they were on time and on budget. He was easy to get a hold of, and was good at showing and explaining to us everything he and his guys were doing. Kia even threw in a few nice extra surprises! We have a few more minor electrical things to finish, and we'll for sure be using him again in the future.

    Replace knob and tube

Kiya and his team came and replaced the old knob and tube electrical in my old house in 2007 - we were happy with the work and haven't had any issues since. I hadn't decided where to put the dryer plug, however, so we agreed that he'd return once I'd decided. I called him more than 5 years later and he returned to do the work - he is definitely a man of his word!! After hearing stories of dishonest or lazy contractors, it's nice to find one that I can trust.

    Washroom Fan

The washroom fan was not working for a while. I thought that the fan was burnt or it was simply just broken, but with the help of the expert, I figured out that there was a electrical wire problem. Thank you for solving the issue.

    replace 9 halogen potlights

I needed to have an old halogen potlight replaced in my kitchen as it had burned out. Kiya explained how the transformer for these lights can get really hot and possibly cause a fire. I agreed to have all of the potlights replaced and in the process Kiya found that one of the transformers was hidden in the wall and could not be found without making several holes in the wall and even then could not find it. He could, however, fish a new wire through the wall to connect the remaining potlights and disconnect the hidden transformer so that it would not be getting hot and be a fire hazard. This was done and now I feel a lot safer regarding a house fire. Kiya seems to really know what he is doing. He works quickly and efficiently and comes to do the job shortly after being contacted. I would use him again for any electrical problems

    Breaker problem

Kiya Sunrise Electrical was knowledgable, efficient and went beyond my expectations. They did an excellent job in the basement. Very professional in their work and very competitively priced. They cleaned the area after completion. I would highly recommend their services to all of my friends and family. Just to mention that two other electrician before Kiya could not even diagnose the problem.
