We called Kiya after reading and the good reviews on Homestars. Kiya and his worker were very professional and easy to work with. He provided us with excellent service for a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend him.

I called Kia. He showed up to give me an estimate. He and his apprentice came 2 days later and completed the job (and also installed a new kitchen outlet -- without cost or charge), cleaned up and kept to the estimate. Kia provides excellent service for a reasonable price. How can you ask more than that??

I purchased a dishwasher but had no free breakers. I called Kiya after receiving a very high estimate from another electrician that made me feel uneasy and was happy i did. Kiya gave me all my options and recommended the pony which happens to be a lower price option and I ended up saving half the cost of the other electrician. Kiya even discovered a grounding issue that he corrected free of charge. I am very happy with the service Kiya provided and would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

We were relocating our pool equipment following the installation of a solar heater system. We needed an electrician to reconnect the equipment and relocate some of the components. Called Kiya for a quote from the the reviews I read on Homestars. He called me back in 20 minutes and was at my house in one hour. He diagnosed and fixed my electrical issue and was done in 1 1/2 hours. If you are looking for experienced, prompt and professional service, he's your man.

I am happy with the work Kiya did - it was a very hard job with a flat roof and no attic (and replacing all the nob and tube). Kiya responded within a day to my email, came to see the house, did a thorough walk though and sent me a quote the next day. His total cost and length of job was what he quoted me, and he did some lovely thoughful touches too., even bringing me a new chandelier in the kitchen and hanging it for few, a week after he completed the job! ps Kiya will say don't paint before they come in and you should listen to that. ;-)
