Kia was reliable, professional and friendly. We felt comfortable with him. He didn't round corners and delivered what he promised and finished the whole job in a day. Even cleaned up after himself. I'd hire him again without any hesitation. Great Job Kiya

Kiya and his crew just installed potlights on our main floor. When we first met Kiya we thought he was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing. I chose him to give us a quote after reading the reviews on this web site. I also had other companys give us quotes but we felt the most comfortable with Kiya. The job was done well and they were careful. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to upgrade their home with potlights. The results are fantastic! We will hire Kiya again when we do more renovations.

I called just as he had finished another job, and he was here in minutes. Looked at what had to be done, stated the price, which was very reasonable. The job entailed a bit more work than was initially agreed to, but he didn't increase his price (hat's off to the guy!). He made all arrangements with the authorities and the job was done within a week of calling him. He then arranged with the Electrical Safety Authority for a job inspection, and had the Certificate of Inspection faxed to me. I'm happy with the way the job was done, the price charged and the fact that I had no problems of any kind to deal with!

I highly recommend Kiya Sunrise to every person needing the services of an electrician. I was thrilled with Kiya's work. He answered my call on the first ring, came to the house to see what work needed to be done and completed the work the next day. He was punctual, personable, completed all work then cleaned up - and all for a very reasonable price. Kiya's Five Star Rating is definitely justified. He is now my electrician of choice and I will be calling him in future for any electrical jobs that need to be done in my home.

We just bought a house and the biggest problem with the house was that there was still some knob and tube present. Kiya gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his staff did a great job and left minimal damage in the house. Kiya is passionate about what he does and he was very pleasant to deal with as well. We will definitely use him again if we have more electrical needs in the future.

Kiya has done several major jobs for us. The first was a complete gutting of our master bedroom and bathroom and extensive electrical work was required. Kiya and his crew did a great job, were on time, cleaned up and took away their garbage. Equally as important, Kiya worked well with the contractor so there was minimal unexpected delays with the job plan. I was so satisfied with Kiya Sunrise we called him on our next big job, finishing the basement. We arranged for Kiya to come over after the framing was completed. He completed the entire job in one day, as promised. We would highly recommend Kiya Sunrise.

Kia provided and excellent service. Was always prompt and very professional. Was always available, showed up on time and did the job as promised. Will definitely use him again.

The work was done properly and in a timely fashion. (one day) The electrical wires were all changed and new sockets were placed in the house. A night light was placed in the backyard, and the 60 amp service was upgraded to 100 amps and a new panel was installed for the house. The prices were extremly reasonable and competitive.Give them a call before making any decisions.I was extremely pleased with the results FP
