I lost power in 2 bedrooms of my basement, needed electricity back ASAP. Kiya came the same day I called him. Diagnosed the problem as a broken connection in a junction box that was behind a finished wall somewhere. Tried locating it with wire tracer tool, was unable to do so. Determined best course of action was to run a new power line from a working outlet in the laundry room to the effected areas. It worked! was back up power fully restored. Kiya is an excellent electrician who really knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use him again A+

Kiya came by after I had another electrician review my issue. My issue was simple, the dishwasher was wired incorrectly by the previous owner and had an open neutral which caused the dishwasher to freak out. The first electrician said the only solution was to run a new line ($1700) to the panel and also scared my partner and I to upgrading the panel in the near future ($8000+). Luckily a friend recommended Kiya to me. Kiya came by, fixed the actual root of the issue ($250), without trying to upsell unnecessary upgrades. We will be saving Kiya's number and be calling him in the future for any electrical issues for sure. Thank you!

I bought an older home and needed Renos. I have electrical work that needs to be done at my office as well. I tried finding an electrician to do the work I wanted done and they all told me things I wasnt willing to accept things like breaking walls or redoing things that were already done and if I didnt there work couldnt be done. I also had a an area of the house that wasnt working. 2 electricians couldnt figure out. I was referred by a friend to Kiya and he made all things possible. He was timely, hes very versed and up with the latest, and answered all my questions. Not to mention all the work was done without breaking walls or redoing anything. He also has gives ideas of what can be done in each space or outdoors. I highly recommend him

Kiya was recommended by a friend of mine and he did not disappoint! He installed pot lights, a new ceiling light, ran electrical for a washer dryer and also added some new outlets and switches throughout the house and in the garage. He was kind, helpful and flexible. Kiya will definitely be my go to electrician going forward. I would highly recommend him for any job.

We had a new range hood fan installed in our kitchen recently. The installer finished & left. The fan worked but our kitchen pot lights flickered on & off which they had never gone before. When we followed up with the installer he was not interested in coming back to fix the problem he created. So we called Kiya the most reliable & competent our electrician. We needed Kiya to come immediately because were listing our house for sale the following Monday. Kiya came on a Sunday for us. He immediately diagnosed the problem. The fan was not installed properly. He reinstalled it & we have not had a problem since. I also should mention that Kiya followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. We will need all new electrical work done in our new home & Kiya will be the only electrician we call. I highly recommend him.

Kia was amazing to work with. Him and his team are professionals who get the job done according to timeline and price agreed upon. I've used Kia a number of times and he's done small jobs (swap light fixtures) and really big jobs (installing potlights on an entire floor, re-wiring for a major reno, etc). Kia is definitely my go-to electrician whenever I need any projects done. Highly recommended!

First of all I never use anyone that doesn't have great reviews with HomeStars. I have been burnt in the past by crappy tradesmen and will never get caught again. Kiya was amazing! Very honest, sincere, prompt & reasonably priced. He showed up on the days he promised, was on time and stuck to his schedule. He explained everything with patience and in simple terms. He helped us get the window grate cover we needed for the inspection. He left the area clean and was mindful of the wall space we had to work within. If I called him to ask a questioned he always responded. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and certainly would not hesitate to use him again if needed. He asked for 50% down and balance when job was finished. I feel very confident in his work and glad we decided to go with him. I had 3 quotes and he was in the middle. I picked him because I felt he was the most sincere when we talked to him. Once the job was finished he emailed me the passing certificate to keep on file. I am a very satisfied customer!

Kiya came on a Saturday and detected the problem behind my flickering lights within minutes. Excellent service, attention to detail, and superior Knowledge. I will definitely be calling Kiya again in the future.

I think one of the key factors in defining a good contractor is to ask yourself whether you would choose the same contractor after the work is done!! My answer is we would still definitely choose Kiya and his team. They did a great job rewiring our house a few months ago. The whole process was very smooth with the minimum damage to the walls and ceiling. We definitely recommend them.
