I asked Kiya Electrician to install some pot light in my house; in kitchen, dining, and living room. They did a great job per the initial schedule. They cleaned all area and cleaned up everything after they finished. My ceiling was popcorn ceiling and they did it without any damage to popcorn. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Kia to install some pot lights and add new outlets in the kitchen, as well as diagnose an issue with the garage door tripping the breaker. He and his team were prompt to respond, came exactly when he said he would, and did an excellent job with everything I needed and more. He even cleaned up some wiring in the panel, and fixed other issues unrelated to what he was working on. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work. Thank you again Kia!

Kiya gave us the cost estimate and completed the work within that budget. Without additional charge he also installed a new switch for a “pull light” in our basement. We were very pleased with the efficient manner in which the work was completed. Kiya kept us informed about what he was doing as the job progressed and finished by cleaning the work locations. We are pleased our neighbour referred Kiya to us.

I called Kiya an decided to give him a chance. I needed to upgrade my 100amp fuse panel to circuit breaker and he delivered. I am pleased with his service. I shopped around for quotes and he was nice enough to come by my house and give me an estimate. Other companies chearge an assessment fee and he did not. His price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. My wife and I are happy we picked Kiya for the job. He is prompt, effificent and honest. He even offered suggestions to use regarding other services. He noticed in one outlet that there was three wires(overloaded) in one fuse and decided to isolate one wire per outlet for our microwave. Awesome man with experience. We highly recommend Kiya as he took care of everything on his end and appreciate his hard work and effort. Thanks!! Daniel

Since moving in I've put off changing the electricity from 60A to 100A, but with a basement reno coming up it was time to do it. I was very happy to find Kiya, who is extremely friendly, reliable, and did great work. An upgrade involves having Ontario Hydro come, and he did all the scheduling and everything as expected - the hydro people and Kiya's colleague Luis all seem to find him as likeable as I did, and the whole couple of days of work involved were almost fun. When my basement is done and I need everything wired up, I'm going to call Kiya back and would recommend him highly.

Kia and his electrician team were awesome. He is reliable, on time and went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I got his contact from a friend's recommendation and we're very happy. We bought an older home that needed all the knob and tube replaced - Kia also installed ceiling fans, removed old fluorescent lighting, installed carbon monoxide/fire alarms and much more and he was so pleasant to work with the whole time. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone I know.

Kiya had come over to install several new potlights in our brand new kitchen. He did a fantastic job with the potlights, updating our kitchen with new light fixtures, creating a new plug for us as well as taking care of our TV that's hung up on the wall by hiding the wires and creating another plug. Kiya is punctual, direct, and a true professional- I would highly recommend him to friends and family!
