Awesome company, Kyle and partner did a fantastic job. I have noticed a huge difference in temp on 2nd floor Would recommend to all They cleaned up after job was done took much longer than Kyle thought took several pics to show before and after A job well done thanks guys Dave

I recently had my 1 year new home inspection and to my surprise the insulation was done very poorly by the builder. I only had 8 Inches in some spots...after getting no where with the builder I decided to contact KNOX Insulation. KNOX showed up very fast and gave a reasonable quote. I decided to hire them and they showed up withing a week and performed the top up fast and clean. Excellent people to deal with and very professional and would recommend them highly.

Knox is a great company to deal with. They did some work for us many years ago when I was bringing our home up to and exceeding the standard for an energy efficiency audit. Last week Kyle responded to my call quickly to schedule our new home to have additional venting and insulation installed. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. Kyle explains all the work he will do before hand and shows you pictures of what he is talking about in the attic. While I was at work he texted to reassure me that he had arrived on time and everything was progressing smoothly. Highly recommend.

I contacted Knox Insulation & Roofing the day after we had a leak occur from a bad rain storm. That afternoon i had a quote in my hand from them and they were able to schedule me in right away due to the urgency for getting the job done. The crew added in some extra vents as well as installing some 14" turbine style vents which was needed as our roof was poorly ventilated. After that was all said and done we went forward with the Blown in Insulation and i cannot express the difference it makes in how much cooler our house is keeping, we were never able to get the temperature under 75' with our AC running day and night, and this year we are hardly running the Ac and the house stays consistent at 70-75' which helps out huge with our hydro and gas bill. They have great a great crew, very professional and extremely fair priced. I will be recommending these guys to all my family and friends.

I contacted Knox and spoke with Kyle. I selected Knox to complete the work which was done to our complete satisfaction. The work was done in April and I decided to delay doing the review to see how the a/c would work. This year I can set the thermostat 5 degrees warmer than previous years and it shuts off for longer periods. I highly recommend then from setup to clean up.

Knox insulated our attic and then did the replacement roof on our addition. I had brought them in to do a major roof repair where I worked. The ceiling in my son's room was peeling and cracking and they came to take a look (we thought there might be a problem with the insulation work). Turns out it was a really poor job done on the chimney stack by a previous contractor - it wasn't sealed properly so water was seeping in. Knox came in and did the repair at no charge!!! We love them.

Our sump ejection pipe runs through a bulkhead between floors and is incredibly noisy. Kyle injected soundproofing in the bulkhead cavity. It has drastically reduced the noise by more than 50%. Kyle and Travis were very courteous, promptly returned call for quote and cleaned up impeccably when they were finished. Their knowledge and experience is extensive and price is very competitive. Added value is they do roofing also! Will provide a quote for this project as well.

I had my roof done by Knox insallation and roofing and they were very professional, provided me with all the information I needed to know, honest, cleaned up after the job was cleaned up, they were on time. My roof now looks great and I would recommend Knox insallation and roofing to anyone !

I wish I could hire Knox to do EVERYTHING! I had a roof emergency and they came out in horrible weather to look at it, scheduling the job for soon after. They worked quickly and neatly - no mess at all. I asked them to come back and insulate my attic and they did that with a minimum of fuss. The material they use is green and doesn't stink at all. My quality of life has definitely improved thanks to their good work and service. I happily recommend Knox for roofing and insulation and intend to have them soundproof a common wall soon - another of their many skills. I have no doubt that the next job will be done beautifully - I'll keep you posted.

I called Kyle for a quote and he was at my house within a few days. He gave me three options for soundproofing... Most expensive, least expensive and middle ground, which I chose. He explained all three in great detail and even re-explained when I clearly didn't 'get' the science behind noise and sound travel. He and his 2 guys started the job the very next week and were always on time, very pleasant and courteous and cleaned up impeccably both days. He even phoned me when he was abit late due to traffic. Kyle definitely went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend him. We even spoke about homestars, as that is how I found his company. He was genuinely upset with his negative reviews and even contacted homestars to try to find out who one of them was because he didn't see a name or job date and didn't think it was accurate. Due to homestars policies (which I don't entirely agree with) they didn't tell him a date or anything so he could address this 'customer'. I don't fully believe these negative reviews because I can honestly say this was the best company I have ever worked with and allowed in my home.
