I purchased a wall hot water unit from them. Their explanation of the unit's features and benefits was very helpful and the installation was done perfectly without any issues. I have it serviced yearly and the service people are very professional. I have been completely satisfied with the purchase and the service. They are a little more expensive than some others, but I feel they have earned it.

Laird and Son were able to respond to our A/C service outage in an efficient and timely manner.

There was something wrong with my wall unit. It wasnt cold and he came over and I discovered I had it on the wrong setting, but he cleaned all the units, checked everything and was extremely diligent and making sure I understood how to use them. But for the price of $160.

Sept 2021 My contractor had a very good experience with Laird. I had three quotes, but Laird was very detailed, transparent and accurate. Very good communication. They sent text with a photo of technicians in advance of each visit. Excellent crew. Professional, timely, neat and quality work. Project was separate set ups for two apartments in an older home in the beaches. Respectful of neighbours and property in a very tricky spot to work. Clean lines on the external walls of the house, not lines running very which way. I had a problem with one of the heat pumps. Noah Laird attended to it personally with the manufacturer. It was complete replaced, not repair.replaced at no charge. These units have worked like a charm ever since. Best value and service. Very happy. I would use Laird again. No question

Installed heat pump and iComfort thermostat, as well as replaced furnace. Work was well done and the house was left surprisingly clean.

Laird & Son installed a new ductless A/C system in our century old Toronto home in July of 2022. This year was the first service call on our new system needed to maintain our 10 year parts and labour warranty. The service rep arrived on time, was courteous, and meticulous in inspecting and servicing both outdoor units and four indoor units. As our system was new, and I had periodically cleaned the filters indoors, there was not much cleaning required. The procedure took about an hour. During the call our technician emphasized the impotence of regular filter cleaning (a 5 minute procedure per indoor unit) and offered tips and operation suggestions that were very helpful. My only concern was that we thought the pricing was a bit steep. An annual service call is required to validate the warranty.

Laird and Sons are wonderful. I cancelled my Enbridge contract after having Laird and Sons put in a new furnace, a very difficult install and they did a great job. Wonderful staff, very responsive. No pushy sales tactics, just excellent customer service.

Furnace would keep cycling off. Called Laird and Sons in the morning and had a service tech there before 3:00pm. Very knowledgable repair person named Adam. Would seek his services again. Furnace is working perfectly.

The service was excellent - scheduled same day, arrived on schedule and fixed the problem promptly. Both the office staff and the technician (Brian) were helpful, friendly and efficient. This is my second time using this company - my first experience was just as good.
