    Eavestrough Cleaning

    I have been using Magic Monkey for over 10 years. I have rental properties in the city and Patrick from Magic Monkey has been doing a excellent job cleaning and repairing the eavestrough's. He is very quality conscious and ensures that the job he performs is perfect. I strongly recommend Patrick and Magic Monkey for your eavestrough cleaning and repair needs. By far Patrick is the best in the city in my eyes.

    Eavestrough cleaning and repairs and replacing down pipes.

    I was extremely pleased with the work the Magic Monkey technician did. He was knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, polite and friendly. He did a thorough inspection, identified areas needing repair and was able to securely and neatly fix the several places he found, thereby saving us having to replace the eavestroughs. He cleaned all debris from all of the gutters then finished with a water test to ensure proper flow and no blockages or leaks.

    Cleaning and a leak

    My Eaves needed a good cleaning and some professional care on a leak! Patrick arrived and took his time to evaluate the situation and provided a fair quote. I even learned a few new things as it relates to roofs and eavestroughs. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

    Eavestroughs cleaning

    Patrick was very professional and respectful from the first point of contact. I appreciated that he followed up with me over the phone to thoroughly explain the work process. He answered all questions that I had. I was glad to have picked him to do the job- professional, excellent, thorough and detailed.     Eaves Cleaning - Excellent

    I have been working with Patrick for over 5 years cleaning my eaves and have had only amazing service. Not only is Patrick very responsive with queries and setting up a time for to come over, he does a very thorough job. Ill be using Patrick again next year (and foreseeable future) without a doubt.

    Gutter cleaning and new downspout installation

    Patrick from magic monkey did excellent service. He cleaned my gutters and install additional downpipe.

    Eave Trough and Leaf Guard Replacement

    During winter large icicles would form along the eave troughs at the front (over the porch) and back of our house. When the icicles melted the water pooled along the interlocking on our front porch causing the stones to rise. Patrick responded to our email query within 24-hours and came out to examine the eaves troughs and removed the existing leaf guards to verify their condition. We found Patrick to be knowledgable and he provided an explanation as to what the problem was and a solution to rectify it. Replacement of the problematic eaves troughs was completed within a day. Patrick tested the new installation to very proper water capture. We were quite happy with the completed job. We highly recommend Magic Monkey Inc.
