Eave Trough and Leaf Guard Replacement

During winter large icicles would form along the eave troughs at the front (over the porch) and back of our house. When the icicles melted the water pooled along the interlocking on our front porch causing the stones to rise. Patrick responded to our email query within 24-hours and came out to examine the eaves troughs and removed the existing leaf guards to verify their condition. We found Patrick to be knowledgable and he provided an explanation as to what the problem was and a solution to rectify it. Replacement of the problematic eaves troughs was completed within a day. Patrick tested the new installation to very proper water capture. We were quite happy with the completed job. We highly recommend Magic Monkey Inc.

    Eavestrough repair/cleaning

Patrick did an outstanding job of repairing our loose eavestrough sections and rejoining downspouts that had come away from the eavestrough. He also did a thorough cleaning of debris in the eavestrough. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with helpful tips. So happy with the results!!! Highly recommend anyone to trust your needs to Patrick. Ian S. Ajax.

    gutter realignment and cleaning

It was a pleasure to work with Patrick. He made sure that he communicated well with me and showed up to complete the work in a timely and efficient manner. Patrick offered great advice and tried to work with the existing gutters as he said that the gutters were still in great shape instead of talking me into replacing them which would have cost me more $$. I will definitely recommend Patrick and his company Magic Monkey to friends and family and will not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. Cristina
