We were very happy with the advice and service we received from John and the other staff at Marsh's. John visited our home to ensure that the fireplace and stove would meet our requirements. The installation was problem free and the units work perfectly.

After doing some research on-line I selected Marsh's Stove and Fireplace based on their top ratings. The advice & service I received, especially from Willem, were excellent. He came to the house, took all measurements and explained into detail the work required.He also answered all my questions to my satisfaction The installers arrived on time on the assigned day. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in a very short time. The clean-up was commendable. I am very happy with my Valor gas fireplace, enjoy the warmth and love watching the dancing flames. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and neighbours for a similar job.

We bought a Valor gas fireplace from another dealer after Marsh's helped us decide which model. Should have stuck with Marsh's. After we had issues with the other dealer's installation we called Marsh's out of desperation. They came to our house the SAME DAY and fixed everything. They wouldn't allow us to pay because of their commitment to Valor as its dealer. You NEVER see this level of customer service any more. Alan and his team just gained a customer for life.

I had a number of options and opinions regarding a new fireplace in my basement. When I met Alan, I felt comfortable with his non-invasive approach, honesty and willingness to assist rather than close a deal. Years later, I still get answers to my questions at any time I have to call Alan confirming the fact that it was the right decision on my behalf! Thank you Alan!

I have purchased 4 gas fireplaces for my home from Marsh. I've dealt with Alan who is very keen and dedicated to make the customer happy. Every time there has been a problem with any of the fireplaces I have had a serviceman here the same day as my call. today for instance my newest Valor wouldn't light. Upon speaking to Alan he suggested that I change the batteries and told me how to do it. When I changed them the fireplace still did not work. Within an hour he had Ian his repairman come over and get the fireplace working. This was on a day of -28c. Imagine how much I appreciated his post sales service. We have dealt with other fireplace stores and none comes anywhere close to Marsh's amazing sales and post installation service. This is your one stop store for any fireplace for your home.

After having done some research on-line we met with a knowledgeable representative from Marsh's in our house. He was able to advise us of the best product to fit our style and budget; Morsø 3440 wood stove is the perfect fit for our 175 year old house. Additionally we have many constraints since the house is a designated heritage building and nothing is constructed with standard building dimensions. The advice and sales order included every part need to install the chimney and stove in the living room, up through our bedroom and attic and out the roof. The installation team was respectful, tidy and efficient and stayed to teach us how to light and maintain the stove ourselves. Even at their most busy time of year, Marsh's staff supported us through the entire process; we could not be happier with our new Wood Stove.

We received excellent advice in terms of the insert which was suitable for our room and the existing opening; and Alan sent two sets of logs for us to try in the second fireplace, so that we could see which model we liked better. The installers were very professional (even pointing out an issue with our gas furnace) but also very pleasant, and completed a big job efficiently and with no mess. We are very happy with the result in both rooms.

Marsh's Stoves & Fireplaces was recommended by our contractor and installed a Heatilator Gas Fireplace in our home 5 years ago. This year, the remote control stopped working properly. I called Marsh's and spoke to Alan, who was able to quickly bring up the information about the job at our house to identify the product, and to recommend a new remote control for our house and use that he thought would work better for our needs. He arranged a service call on a weekend to work around our schedules. The service guy that arrived at our house had been working all day for Marsh's, but arrived with a big smile on his face and ready to fix our problem. He opened the fireplace, cleaned it out for us, showed us a few of the components and how they work, and swapped out a new remote that works perfectly, every time. We were very impressed by the level of service, knowledge of the product, kindness of the technician, and committedness (is that a word?) of Alan in making it all work perfectly for us.
