    Azek deck and partial fencing

    Alec and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had a old small deck, wanted to replace it with a 40 wide deck that we could entertain people in the summer. Was contemplating whether to save money and use pressure treated wood or to use the low maintenance but costly material. Searched on homestars and found a few highly rated deck contractors. Alec was the first one we called and the last. Alec was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushing at all. He gave many great ideas on the design and cons and pros of different materials. It was not a hard decision at all to choose Alec. The execution was perfect - the crew was professional & courteous, the job was done on schedule, the site was cleaned up nicely and the deck turned out to be beautiful. We would definitely recommend Master Deck and Contracting.

    Back yard deck

    We are completely satisfied with Master Deck. Alec and his crew are professional and friendly. The job was done on schedule. They left job site clean. The deck was designed and built perfectly. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.

    Deck

    Alec and his crew were very professional, friendly and took pride in the excellent craftsmanship that went into building our deck. They were able to build the deck to our exact specifications. Alec did not hesitate to accommodate our last minute design changes. If you're looking to build a deck, call Master Deck and you will not be disappointed with the workmanship and the price.

    Back yard Deck

    We were completely satisfied with Master Deck. Alec and his crew are true professionals. The job was done on schedule, 3 days, the site was cleaned up perfectly and the deck was done beautifully. They did some extra work on dampness against the house under the old deck that was a big help. They replicated a detail from our old deck that we liked on the railing and it came out great. I would not hesitate recommending this company.

    Decks in heritage building

    Alec has now come back for more work in our heritage church conversion condo in downtown Toronto. Wow the guys are great! They have now built 7 roof-top terrace decks for us and each time they are on time, on budget, and the carpentry and overall craftsmanship is superb. The best, highly recommended.

    Large Backyard Deck

    Master Deck replaced a balcony for us a few years ago so I was familiar with their quality, pricing, workmanship, integrity, attention to detail and experience. Our 30 year old deck was redesigned with Alec's help who helped us fine tune details about the deck design as well as a privacy screen. The job was completed on time and on budget. His crew was experienced, prompt, friendly and polite. They kept the worksite organized and clean. We used composite decking and cedar and could not be more pleased with the results.

    Replace old deck

    Alec and his crew (Ken, Tim, Spencer) did this work in early spring. Excellent workmanship, quality materials. Job done on time at the quoted price. New deck surpassed our expectations. Took away all the old deck and left the job site clean. A very satisfied customer. Highly recommend Alec. Boys were fun to have around - obvious that they enjoyed and took pride in their work.

    Deck Construction and Shed base construction and shed installation

    I had an old wooden deck in my backyard. Alec and his crew, took it all down and got rid of all the material. He planned and installed a new composite deck. He also installed the step leading down to the grass on a cement base. Further he constructed a cement base for the shed. Alec and his crew worked through unpredictable weather conditions and had the work done on time for a catered party I was having. I would definitely recommend Master Deck and Contracting. Thanks Alec, you are the best.

    The guys did a tremendous job. The design, timing and outcome was more than anticipated. They were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for deck work,

    New backyard deck and fencing around the yard done right the first time!

    Alec and crew did an amazing job. They showed up when promised, worked each day until the job was done right and finished on time. The crew was great and very accommodating to any suggestions or changes. The deck is super solid so much so that a well known contractor working next door commented on how well they built it. I have friends whose decks bounce or are loose in places when you're on them or have railings that aren't solid but ours is incredibly strong and looks amazing. Alec is just a great, easy going, thoughtful and helpful. Pleasure to do business with and have working on your home!
