Couldn't be happier with Rick and his crew. These guys take pride in their work...replaced flooring in entire home and stairs. They were always on time, cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future flooring needs. Like finding a good mechanic or doctor...ive found my floor guy!

Rick scheduled a mutually convenient appointment to review the work site and provide a written estimate. Attila and Tamas arrived at the scheduled date and time reviewed the worksite and provided a detailed quote. Upon acceptance of the quote Rick scheduled a mutually convenient date and time for the completion of the quoted work. Attila and Tamas arrived at the scheduled date and time, layed out floor runners, completed the work and cleaned up the job site prior to leaving the job site. A job well done. Look no further! Rick and his team are real professionals, he came and accurately measured everything, detailed all the job items priced individually, came prepared with matching color samples, offered a very competitive price and delivered on his commitment. They did install hardwood on the second floor and all the basement. Also, he brought Max to redo our stairs. Results are amazing!!

Rick and his team did a superb job with laminate wood flooring in four large bedrooms and in the closets. Rick was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Rick had large samples of flooring with him and provided solid advice and product information. They were timely in completed the project before the holidays. They moved the furniture around to complete the project, removed the carpet and disposed of it, firming screwed in the subfloors to remove the squeaks, and laid the flooring beautifully even around the door corners, and neatly cleaned up. We were very impressed with the results! I would highly recommend Rick and his team for flooring projects.

A++ experience from start to finish! Rick is very knowledgeable and a true professional and had our new floor installed in no time. His crew (Atila and Tomas) were organized, tidy and worked tirelessly to finish the job and minimize on any interruptions. Everything about McLaughlin floors is first rate. Rick even installed a matching trim along our kitchen cabinetry, which we never had before to make for a more finished look. We HIGHLY recommend McLaughlin Flooring to anyone considering them.

We hired Rick and his crew to install engineered-wood flooring in our living/dining room area and two bedrooms. They arrived on time as arranged and were very polite and professional. They removed old carpeting in no time, and firmly screwed down the exisiting sub-floor, then checked for any squeaks. The engineered-wood was laid within two days and we are extremely satisfied with the new floor. It is solid and there are no squeaks as we walk across it. We have no hestiation in recomending them, and will ceratinly consider hiring them again for future projects!

Rick and his crew came highly recommended by neighbours and we were impressed at the quality of installation at their house. For our project, they removed the old hardwood on the entire ground floor. They screwed down the existing subfloor and installed new plywood sheathing before installing the new hardwood, thus eliminating any preexisting squeaks. We are extremely pleased with their installation of our new floor, the quality of work and price. They were always prompt and courteous, met all timelines and kept the worksite clean and tidy.
