Flooring Installation crew at McLaughlin flooring. Highly Recommended! I recently had flooring installed by the crew at McLaughlin, I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. They arrived on time, were courteous, and clearly communicated each step of the process. Their knowledge was evident as they not only expertly installed the flooring but also took the time to discuss various options for flooring materials. This was incredibly helpful in making the right choice for my home, as they clearly understood the pros and cons of different types of flooring and what would work best for my specific needs and budget. Perhaps most impressively, they were incredibly fast without compromising on quality. The installation was completed efficiently, and the final result looks absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient flooring installers, I highly recommend McLaughlin flooring.

We recently had McLaughlin Flooring install engineered hardwood on the main level of our home as part of a renovation, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Rick and his crew — Attila and Tamaz — were outstanding. Before even starting the installation, they took the time to properly prep the floors, ensuring the subfloor was level and clean so the final result would be absolutely perfect. That extra care and attention made all the difference. The installation itself was flawless. Every cut and seam is clean, and the transitions are seamless. The flooring looks stunning — it's clear these guys are true craftsmen who take pride in their work. Rick was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable, while Attila and Tamaz were courteous, efficient, and meticulous on site. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Install or Replace Wood Flooring
Couldn't be happier with Rick and his crew. These guys take pride in their work...replaced flooring in entire home and stairs. They were always on time, cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future flooring needs. Like finding a good mechanic or doctor...ive found my floor guy!

Install or Replace Wood Flooring
Look no further! Rick and his team are real professionals, he came and accurately measured everything, detailed all the job items priced individually, came prepared with matching color samples, offered a very competitive price and delivered on his commitment. They did install hardwood on the second floor and all the basement. Also, he brought Max to redo our stairs. Results are amazing!!

Rick scheduled a mutually convenient appointment to review the work site and provide a written estimate. Attila and Tamas arrived at the scheduled date and time reviewed the worksite and provided a detailed quote. Upon acceptance of the quote Rick scheduled a mutually convenient date and time for the completion of the quoted work. Attila and Tamas arrived at the scheduled date and time, layed out floor runners, completed the work and cleaned up the job site prior to leaving the job site. A job well done. Very respectful and very professional. Thank you Rick, Attila and Tamas.

Flooring in Bedrooms
Rick and his team did a superb job with laminate wood flooring in four large bedrooms and in the closets. Rick was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Rick had large samples of flooring with him and provided solid advice and product information. They were timely in completed the project before the holidays. They moved the furniture around to complete the project, removed the carpet and disposed of it, firming screwed in the subfloors to remove the squeaks, and laid the flooring beautifully even around the door corners, and neatly cleaned up. We were very impressed with the results! I would highly recommend Rick and his team for flooring projects.

Floors
Rick and his son were very experienced, well organized, clean , officiant, respectful, honest , on time and very knowledgeable ! I had a great experience hiring this company to install engineered hardwood floors and will defently reach out again for more projects this year. My floors are looking and feel amazing. I just gave this guys my house keys and in total trust /fate got nothing but great results. Thank you very much!
