    Replace the entire roof

    I am delighted to have hired Mega City Roofing-Tom and his team to replace my roof.They are professional,fast and clean.The job was completed within the promised timeframe. Tom is reliable,he always returns my calls promptly,which is a very good business practice. He also takes his time to explain the 'whats' ,the' whys' and the' hows' about the roofing job to give me a comfort level. I did not ask for any quote from another company. I am going to place my trust in my belief that, in most cases, you get what you paid for.

    Fixed a leak

    I had a leak in my roof...I called Tom (whom I found on Homestars) and, despite what I'm sure must be a very busy time for him with all the snow/ice/cold, he came over within just a few days. He went up on the roof, took pictures to show me that it was only a relatively minor problem with caulking, went to Home Depot and got the needed materials, came right back and fixed the problem.     Flat roof replacement

    A couple of years ago we had a very small flat roof that needed to be replaced. Tom's quote was a bit higher than the others, and our budget was tight, but he patiently walked us through the quote and educated us on the whole process. Tom felt like the right choice and he was. We recently purchased another house that required a completely new roof. Without hesitation we called Tom before putting in an offer so that we could find out what the type of project would entail, he was open and honest with us. When we bought the house, he was one of our first calls. We both work during the day, and so we set everything up with Tom by phone, did the paperwork by email and then after the job was done he came by in the evening to sign the papers. The job was done in less time than expected. There is definite value in having contractors that are reliable, provide quality workmanship and that you know you can trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Mega City.

    Roof Inspection

    I asked Tom to come to my house to evaluate my roof because I suspected the builder didn't do a good job. He came out even though he had a busy schedule and checked over my roof. He told me that the roof was alright and it didn't need any work. He recommended me to another person to get the flashing redone. In brief, he was very pleasant and professional in his conduct. His honesty was also evident and much appreciated. As many of my friends have agreed on, there are many who don't mind paying for honest tradesmen who will not try to rip you off or go for the lowest price. I would recommend (and have) Tom to anyone who needs any type of service regarding their roofs!

    New roof

    When Tom came to give us an estimate to replace our old roof, he was very informative and helpful. His quote was reasonable compared to three other companies, plus he added some upgrades at no extra cost. Tom also had the best material and labour warranty. We have since had a severe windstorm which bent up a few shingles (weather hasn't been warm enough for shingle sealant to adhere). I notified Tom and he came right away to fix them. Thanks Tom for doing a great job and for your fast follow-up service. D & L in Claremont

    Re-roofing North Face

    Tom drove out to the West end twice to give us an estimate during the "craziest" time of the year, and managed to complete our roof before the first snow storm. His crew was courteous to consider our neighbours vehicles and asked them to move them (something we overlooked) before starting the job. Our lot was left spotless, and our roof looks great. After completing the job, Tom was available to help us with a couple of follow-ups that we accidentally overlooked, and helped us get them taken care of (vents and eavestroughs).

    Roof

    Mega City overall did a good job. The crew dented some facia with their ladders but Tom came back to repair. The roof sprung a leak in one area, but Tom was very quick to have it repaired. Tom is very concerned about how his customers feel and will stand by his guarantee. Happy Holiday's Tom & Crew.

    compelete removal of five layers of shingles

    mega city is the best. They showed up on time and removed five layers of shingles in no time. they had all the shingles done by 1 pm. they also installed a skylight with the contractors help. the yard was completely cleaned up and I can't say how impressed I was with their profesionalism . I will not hesitate to use them again or refer them with confidence to anyone needing their services Thanks from Jerry

    New roof

    Many thanks to Megacity Roofing for the excellent job and the very reasonable price. The work was done to a very high standard with extra carpentry added at no extra cost - just because it was the right thing to do! Tom's return to check on quality and clear up a few minor items was most appreciated.

    New Roof including boards

    I booked Mega City based on the reviews of this website and they were fantastic. We had a crew of 8 plus Tom. They finished our roof in 2 days and our property was left spotless. We recently bought our house but we had our roof at our old house done last year by a different company and they were awful. The big difference I found was the management. Tom was there when the roof started to make sure everything was set up properly and he was there when they finished to make sure we were satisfied. His crew knew exactly what to do and there were very professional. Great job Mega City!
