Our first purchase was a dinning room table and 8 chairs. Although it was difficult to obtain a sales person's assitance in the store...once we did, the service was great. Our sales person 'Michelle' was very friendly and helpful - both before & after the sale. The delivery team (who were also fantasitc) found an issue with the leaf in the table when setting up the furniture. They made a note of the issue on the bill & within 4 days a repair man came to fix the table at our home. He was fantastic and we were completely satisfied. Since then we have purchased a storage cabinet & 2 living room chairs. We will continue to shop for furniture at GH Johnson's and we will definitely recommend this store to both friends and family :)

Nice products - decent price - somewhat helpful staff while your making your purchase decision. But that's where it ends. Don't count on your furniture coming in on time. Don't count on your delivery to including what you are told it will include. Don't count on your sales person to help you in anyway once he/she takes your credit card number. As a business owner I don't know how they manage to stay in business. Very disappointed as are many others...

We purchased a beutiful bedroom set from GH Johnson over three months ago. Upon purchase, a delivery date was set for ten days later. Ten days came and passed, and no bedroom set. Over the past three months we have called countless times and recieve the same, untruthful answer. Our set is now out of stock but will be here the next week or two weeks from now etc. Needless to say, we have waited three months and still DO NOT have a delivery date for our furniture. Additionally, we spoke with a man who does deliveries for this company and he shared with us that this happens all the time. They have great furniture and great prices, but does this really matter if you never recieve what you are buying? I would be very wary of this store if you are considering a purchase.

GH Johnson does have good furniture, however, their customer service is terrible. I had ordered a media bench and was told that it would be ready for pick-up the following week. We went there the next week and it was not available for pick-up. We then asked them to deliver the furniture next week, with the delivery charge waived. I called two days before the scheduled delivery date and they confirmed that it would arrive with the delivery charge waived in two days. However, it was not delivered as scheduled. I then canceled my order and was told that my credit card would be credited within 2 business days. On the third business day after the cancellation my credit card was not credited for the amount of the furniture. It took another day of me calling to get them to finally credit my card.

Excellent customer service, high quality furniture. Very happy with bedrooms purchased at very reasonable prices for the quality they are. They were amazing and offered only but excellent customer service.

I bought 2 large armoires 3 days prior to my move-in date. Mr. Johnson and his staff treated me like family. They squeezed me into a very last-minute delivery date and his movers carefully fit the 2 units up a narrow stairway without making a single scratch!!!

I ordered a 3 seater couch with 3 back cushions, beautiful! Waited 1 extra week over promised delivery time, but that's usually expected. No big deal! When it did arrive however it was delivered by the rudest most unfriendly delivery guys I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. They unpack the sofa I have 2 seat cushions and 3 back cushions< none of them the same size! I point this out to the delivery guys and they try to convince me that's the way it ships. They've delivered 3 others just like that. They kept insisting that I pay for it because it was right. I call the store, my salesperson doesn't even want to speak with me and passes me along to someone else. He tells me yes we've had that happen before with that manufacturer, Pay the guys and they will order new seat cushions and back cushions. Another 3 week wait!!! Not only did they try to fool me , I was expected to pay for defective merchandise that I didn't order. Needless to say the couch might have fallen off the back of the truck but I didn't. LOUSY service. Lousy Salesperson her name is LEENA! Rude delivery guys. Cheap Cheap Cheap! and that doesn't only apply to the furniture! You my get great looking cheap furniture but if you expect service after that forget it. Once these people have your cash your history. Next sucker!!!

At G.H. Johnson not only did we walk out with a great sectional, but also a pair of Leaf tickets. Our son being a huge Leaf fan was ecstatic when Pat spotted him wearing his jersey and offered him a pair of tickets. Thank you Pat Johnson for an amazing experience. We love our couch, your prices and service. We came back for an ottoman and will be back again.

I have been buying my furniture from G.H. Johnson's for probably 30 years, there is no other store or company that has the same outstanding level of service as well as this store, pat is the best. Not only does he know his product, he is always available to help. The selection is incredible.

Once again my shopping experience at GHJohnson's was superb. As a personal shopper and designer, I have been shopping exclusively at Johnson's for the past 15 years as a result of excellent customer service and great prices. When entering Johnson's massive warehouse showroom, the ambience is always welcoming and friendly. Pat and his staff are highly versed in product knowledge and have the unique ability to visualize a concept. We have always been very pleased with the delivery and assembly personnel who ensured that the sets were perfectly assembled and placed as directed. Above all, they ranked #1 in being courteous.
