Mike's carpet & Flooring changed renovated my whole house in one week!! I wanted to chang all the floors in every room. I did not want the same thing through out the whole house and Mikes flooring worked with me and helped me choose whats best for me and my family. In the kids bedroom they installed carpet (so its not too cold for them) In my bedroom we put beautiful ebony hardwood flooring. In the bathroom on the upper floor we put tiles. The living room, we installed hardwood and the kitchen we installed laminate tile. We also have a bathroom without a bath so we decided to put hardwood as well. They also painted my house. I had two colors to choose from that was included in the painting price but anything extra I had to pay but Mike gave a discount. They finished the job in one week. I am sooo happy. My home looks fresh and new. We feel good in our home. Ever since we changed everything, I wake up everyday with a smile. When friends come over I happy and proud to show off everything. I would go with Mikes flooring again,. It was a pleasure working with them

We first met Mike at a friends house who was getting an estimate for hardwood flooring. We were there to help out choose colors. We like the way Mike spoke-very charming but also he was very knowledgabl and patient. He took alot of time and answered all our questions. That same day we asked him if he can come to our house for estimate (we lived down the block) he came to our house right after he was finished with our friend. He gave us a estimate for laminate. We couldnt afford to spend alot but he had alot of specials going in and not cheap products, The laminate was made in Europe andI had 10 colors to choose from. We ended up choosing bedford walnut. The installation started 2 days later and finished in the same day. They gave me great service at a reasonable price. I enjoyed working wiht Mike-he was easy to communicate with. His installers were also friendly and hard workers

We decided to renovate out house before winter. All my friends told me to change my old carpet to a new one but I was not convinced. I wanted something modern for my house. I called Mike's flooring and I spoke to Mike. He gave me many options to choose from. He then came to my house to look at the job and to see exactly what he would work best for me and my family. He adviced me to go with laminate because I have 3 kids and that laminate does not scratch and also it is healthier then carpet. He had brought samples with him. It was a choise between 8mm laminate or 12mm laminate. I decided to go with the dark walnut 12mm laminate because it looks like hardwood-it was a very reasonable price but looked exactly like hardwood-unless you are an expert then you would know that it was laminate. So anyways one week later the laminate was installed in my living roon,4 bedrooms. It looks amazing! It looks rich! When it was done I had friends come over for dinner and they were shocked how it looked. I am glad that I took the time to ask Mike on what to do and I appreciate the time he took to explain my options. I am so happy-we are all happy. My kids are actually excited to redecorate and organise there bedrooms. Thanks Mike and thanks to the installers-you guys did a great job!

My husband and I were extremly impressed with the service that we got from Mike's Carpet & floorig. The installation was beautifuly done.We are very satisfied. I highly recommend them to everyone. I appreciate all the hardwood they have done for my family

I ordered their "sale-priced" wood and carpet and it looked great. Their installer showed up on time and did a great job on the install. Only negatives--your place ends up a bit dusty and their are extra charges for moving your appliance etc. so make sure you discuss that up front. All in all, thought, quality work at a good price.

i hired mikes carpet and flooring to install beautiful walnut 8mm laminate. the product was high quality and no and the installation was even better. they were very proessional. i look forward to hire them again to change the the carpet in the bedrooms. you wont go wrong. everyone that works for mikes carpet and flooring was friendly, proffessional. you will be in good hands

I looked around all over the city for bamboo flooring. Mike’s Carpet & Flooring had the most reasonable price. Mike also gave me a discount because I went with him and not anyone else. At first I was only going to purchase the flooring and have my husband install the bamboo but Mike was able to work with me and gave me a estimate that I couldn’t refuse. It was the best deal ever. My husband did not have to work hard on installing the bamboo. The other thing that I was able to save hard work on is removing the old carpet and moving my furniture. The installer came in at 9am-they started out by moving the furniture around and then installing the new floors. They did a beautiful job. They paid attention to small details. When Mike was at my house he saw the old carpet in the bedrooms and mentioned to me that it was not healthy for my family. I had never known that carpet is not good especially for kids and people with asthma. Mike had opened up my eyes. I had never thought of that. His words stayed in my mind. I did my research on the internet and it turned out that carpet in the bedrooms is not so healthy. So two weeks after the bamboo installation, I called Mike and asked him to come over again and measure the bedrooms, hallway and stairs. He came by my home and brought samples with him. He had a special for $2.00 sqft (with many colors) with free installation. I was happy. Two days after they installed the carpet in one day. I save a lot of money but the most thing that I happy about is that Mike opened up my eyes. My daughter has asthma-and I never thought that taking the carpet out can help her. Mike truly cares about his customers. Thanks Mike.

One year ago I had 2 referrals for Mike’s Carpet & Flooring. Mike knew so much about my specific flooring sight-unseen based on the history, that's a man who knows his floors! When he came to see the floors for the estimate (he was early to the site, even beat me!), he worked with a confidence and authority that I appreciated, and worked to instill confidence in me about what I owned. He didn't try to up sell anything to me. He just let my floor live up to its potential. I know I made the right choice hiring Mike’s Carpet & Flooring. I went with oak flooring and had them install it. Before making this decision, I shopped around and Mike’s Carpet & Floorings quote was less than the other two quotes that I received plus he had wonderful reviews so I knew I couldn’t go wrong. We were very particular about our stairs. We wanted the wood to be factory stained because we did not want the inconvenience and mess of sand and stain on sight. The installation crew was fast! At 9am, 3 guys showed up and starting working immediately and by 5 pm it was all done. Mike stopped by the same day to check their work. We couldn't be happier! A year later we had a water leak in our house. This caused a few of the wood boards to lift. This made me very stress out-it’s a headache having a leak and on top that the floors were damaged. I called Mike and he had told me that the flooring that I got was discontinued. My heart dropped-this meant that I had to change all my floors. He knew that I was stressed out. I have a big family and a lot of expenses. Mike told me to give him an hour or so and he will call me back. While waiting for Mike, I called several flooring store and they did not have anything. About 30 minutes later Mike called and gave me good news. He found my floors!! Mike went out of his way to locate the same flooring. He came to the rescue! He could have easily made more money but he was honest-he worked hard on finding the exact flooring for me so I did not have to pay more money. His installation crew was absolutely superb! There aren't enough words to describe how helpful and professional Mike has been. Doing business twice with Mike, I can honestly say that I would recommend Mike's Carpet and Flooring to everyone! He stands behind his business and his staff and will come to the rescue in just a simple phone call. Mike is a lifesaver and I truly appreciate how they run there business! I want to tell the world so they can have a honest, professional service that I had.

I live in a older house which needed major renovation. I had been saving for this for two years and was hesitant to hire just anyone to do the job because I always hear of bad stories. I came on homestars and found Mike’s Carpet & Flooring. I was impressed by the reviews. I decided to call them. I first spoke to the receptionist who was extremely friendly and professional. She answered my questions and told me about the promotions they had. She got me excited which made me want to do business with them even more because in my mind I was thinking that I would save even more money. I then went to the showroom which had a huge selection of laminate flooring and a lot of them were on promotions. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He was happy to make me happy. Later in the day Mike to called me to come out to measure my home. When he came to my home be brought samples with him which was awesome because I was able to see how the laminate would look in my home. Mike measured my home and sat with me for one hour answering my questions and explaining the process for me. In the conversation Mike tol me that they do painting as well which shocked me because I needed my house to be painted-this made me so happy-I was able to deal with one company to do it all for me. Mike is a great guy. I appreciated all the time he spent with me at my home. He made me feel confident in hiring him. The estimate he gave was very reasonable. It was for laminate for my kitchen, living room and bedrooms and painting the living room, hallway and bedrooms. The quality of the laminate was high quality, made in Europe but he had a promotion so I did not have to pay a whole lot of money. Mike told me that if I can find the same quality with the same price at another flooring store then he would give me everything for free. I looked around but I was unable to find the same promotion. He had the best price! One week later the painter was at my home-painting the walls. 4 days later the installers were at my home at 8:00 moving my furniture without scratching anything and ripping out my old carpet. They started installing the laminate by 9:00am and finished everything at 6:00 p.m. The installers are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They paid attention to small details. They did not talk much but they worked really hard. There goal was to professionally finish my home. When they finished installing the laminate they put everything back as it was. Mike's Carpet and Flooring did a wonderful job. I am very fortunate to have found this company. My experience was positive.

We had bought a new house that was ikn need of renovation. We were not sure were to go to change our floors before we moved in. A friend of ours had her floors changed by Mike's Carpet & Flooring. She talked about the wonderful service she got. After seeing he home we decided to hire hire Mikes Carpet & Flooring to install engineered wood and carpet for our new home. The people we bought the house from worked late but Mike worked it out and came out after hours to measure the new home. Mike also came out to our old home to show us samples. I had told Mike that we wanted the house to be finished before we movied in and he said that it would not be a problem. Mike fit us in the scheduel-the renovation was finished on time. The braziliam cherry engineered wood in the living room looks beautiful and the carpet in our bedrooms makes everything even more cozier. I can't say how much they did a fantastic job!!! Through the whole process Mike was helpful and was pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and was always available to talk to us. The installers did a professional job. We are extremly satisfied-Mike made moving to a new home alot easier for us. My new home looks newer!This company delivers high quality, professional service! In the future we are looking to install tiles in the washroom and i am for sure going back to Mike's Carpet & Flooring. Highly recommend this company to all my family and friends
