Today, a technician came to our site to fix the spray-style hose, so we went inside together and I showed them the broken hose. But one strange thing is, when the hose is usually leaked, I think it's basic to turn on the water to see where it's leaked, but he didn't do that, and he said he'd just go buy the parts without checking the size of the leaked parts. He went all the way to Burnaby to buy the parts, and he came back to us and said he had to buy them again because the parts he bought didn't fit, so I asked if you didn't check them at first, and he just said there were several sizes. If he knew already there are different sizes available, I think it's the more important for a technician to measure and buy the size accurately at first, He insisted on charging the traveling cost for getting the wrong part by his ignorance. And he left the site without solving the problem. The milani wants to charge one hour for his work. He did nothing and I totally wasted time to listen unreasonable story about even he made a mistake and he need to charge it for travelling cost. I will not work any more with this company. Be careful of this company.

Excellent service - we were given a complete explanation of a small water problem and service required to resolve and the cost. Friendly and professional. We were also called on the day of service to confirm the time of arrival - this made planning our day really helpful.

No hot water. Checked tank and realized we had a problem. Called Milanni at 09:00 hrs. Spoke with Dave and was given all information regarding cost and ordered service. Plumber came at 13:00 the next day. Did an excellent job and we had new tank and hot water.

So grateful for the prompt service. Drains were clogged and things were starting to back up! Problem was solved quickly and before things got really bad - worth every cent!

Milani Plumbing and heating came to check on my old furnace and do a service on it. Technician was very presentable and professional, checked it out, took readings of carbon monoxide to make sure everything was safe and went over everything with me so that i understood what the condition was. Would definitely have them back.

Second time this Milani tech has helped out with electrical work at my condo - this time installing a new power point. Very smooth. Quick, clear, good suggestions, good cleanup, very efficient. Recommended.

Excellent work. We had to wait a while, but it was worth it. The installers were very professional, providing daily updates and checking in to confirm placement of equipment etc. They even corrected some early electrical work done by another AC company that just never bothered to show up again. All the work was done in 3 days, even though some of the installation work was done in the pouring rain. The systems were both fully tested and we are very pleased with the work.

We had a great experience.. Service was scheduled for Tuesday but one of the service guys were in the area and came on the Friday. The service guy was very knowledgeable.

Their technicians are good, but pricing is not transparent with essentially a bait-and-switch on what quoted and therefore price to be paid versus what is actually only needed to do the job. They say that the work will require a bunch of equipment and then provide a fixed price to sign for. However when they do the work, they don't use some of this equipment (substituting smaller equipment or not using it at all) and then still charge the same. We were told we needed a vac-truck at $1000 which had a minimum 4hr call out despite the small job to empty a small in-basement sump to replace the pump. Instead the team just used a shop-vac that they had in the truck and still charged us the full price for the job. When queried why a vac-truck wasn't needed, they said that how they complete the work is up to them as it is quoted and agreed to at a fixed price and the work was completed - but when they say the NEED to use expensive equipment which what they are basing their price on and then don't, their price should be reduced or not quoted in the first place. I'm sure if they quoted a shop-vac but turns out they needed a vac-truck for $1000, we would have been asked to pay more. Instead of reducing the price they take the money and move onto the next customer.
