    Water line replacement

    Needed a water pipe from city line to house. Work crew did a wonderful job. They were polite, clean, did a great job. Matt K, Mike G, John D and Franz P

    Kitchen and bathroom renovations

    I have been upgrading all the plumbing fixtures in my 30 yr old condo near Metrotown from June 5 to Aug 23, and encountered all sorts of problems in trying to match old Kohler parts with new ones and the inherent problems in older bldgs such as having to do water shutdowns for the entire building while installing unit valves. I expect customer service and knowledgeable technicians, which I very much received over 9 visits. In addition, I must give kudos to these plumbers, Sandro, George, Derek, and Devon and one of the dispatchers, Sam, who I felt went out of their way to address the problems I encountered and my timing issues. Thank you.

    Leaking shower head

    Thank you to Matt M and Igor for today. Although the problem was not fixed today we are hopeful all will be resolved once the appropriate cartridge is able to be obtained. Matt was very polite and professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. Once the problem was found the plan going forward was well communicated. Thank you!

    water tank replacement

    Mike and his helper arrived yesterday (August 21) on time. They removed the old tank efficiently and without mess. Mike convinced me to buy an expansion tank addition for the new water tank. The new tank was installed properly and temperature adjusted as requested. Mike was knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic; he is a good representative for Milani!

    water main replacement and odds and ends inside

    We had Matt K., Ryan M., Mirza O., and Franz P. spend most of the day replacing our leaky water main. We were quite impressed with the new pull-through technology, because the last time the water main was replaced, it had to be dug up all across the front lawn, and right by our huge conifers. The job had the additional complication that we also have an automated sprinkler system. We found the guys friendly, polite, and endlessly willing to answer our questions (even though we perhaps made a bit of a nuisance of ourselves with our curiosity). They were careful inside the house, and they seemed to be very careful and thorough in everything they did. When they left, it would have been hard to tell they had ever been there - except for the new bits in the house, of course.

    Replace Water Main

    I can't think of anything the crew could have done better. Derek came to do the quote, was friendly and explained things clearly and suggested a great route for the line. Mirza, Miguel and Josef dug the trench with no disturbance to the concrete landscaping and after backfilling it was hard to see that they had been there. Ali did a very tidy job of doing the pipe connections in the place I wanted.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Mark was punctual, polite and considerate to our dog. He tried not to make our house dirty and explain the life span of hot water tank patiently. Thank you for your wonderful service.

    plumbing

    Professional all the way. From the friendly customer service rep Christine who gave me an estimate to the arrival of Omid. They even called to say they were late and conveniently moved our appt to the afternoon. The work was excellent and when I asked Omid to put the bottom cover back into the dishwasher (I had removed it on the day of the burst pipe), he did not hesitate and figured out how to put it back. I would use them again and would definitely recommend Milani to all my neighbors and friends!

    sink clog for days

    Winston was very professional! My kitchen sink has been clog for days. Used drano and other formula but nothing worked. Call early in the morning and Milano plumbing sent Winston over in just a few hours. Winston came in and got the job done within 2 hours! Will definitely call Milani plumbing again.

    Replace kitchen faucet

    Great job by plumber Firooz in replacing a broken faucet with a new faucet. He kept the work area clean and made sure there was no leak after putting in the new faucet.
