    Hot water tank installation

    Great service, again. I've been with Milani for many years. Had a hot water tank installed. Mike P. was courteous, informative and welcomes questions. He's efficient, compentent and highly skilled in his craft. Easy to see this man loves his job.

    Hot water tank install

    Mike P did a fabulous job. He was polite, pleasant, confident and efficient. He clearly loves his job and I appreciated his service. He has truly helped Milani retain its good reputation in the business.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Hot Water Tank was leaking in the am and was replaced by dinner time. The tech was still at another site so Milani called and advised me. They also gave a follow up call to let me know the tech was en route. Mike is professional, transparent, patient and courteous. Thanks Mike!

    Plumbing issues

    I was having plumbing issues with my shower, washing machine and sink, Mike P fixed everything for me and he went out of his way to be helpful. He was pleasant and courteous and I can’t thank him enough! I would definitely reccomend Milani Plumbing. Jacquie Hunt

    Hot Water Tank

    Hot Water Tank went out, Milani had it replaced in less than 24 hours. Mike P did the install, he was courteous, professional, and efficient. I had been quoted 3.5 hours labour on the estimate, Mike had the job done in 1.5 hours; impressive! He also had time to give good advice for maintenance of the unit. Great job Milani.

    Hot water tank install

    Had an emergency water leak. Milani responded quickly and within an hour a technician came, Mike P (truck 62). He installed the tank efficiently and effectively under 3 hrs. I recommend Milani, specifically Mike.

    Hot Water Tank Installation

    Our 10+ year-old John Wood hot water tank was well passed its lifespan. Having had Milani do previous work for us, I didn't hesitate to call them up to find what our options were. Clear instructions given on the phone so I made an appointment to have 50 gallon Bradford White tank installed. Two days later, Mike P arrived at the scheduled time and completed the installation faster than I'd expected. Great guy to be around! Positive and got the work done with no issues whatsoever. Thanks Mike! Will definitely continue to use Milani for plumbing/drainage/heating issues going forward

    Charged for wrong diagnosis

    This company took advantage of my mom’s lack of plumbing knowledge and charged her $2658 for a dead wrong diagnosis of why drain was backed up in the basement. They cut the concrete and exposed the pipe. When they couldn’t find what’s really wrong, they left the pipe exposed without giving a correct diagnosis and demanded another $12,200 to fix the problem when their original estimate was only $1785! At that point my mom stopped working with them and called another company and they found out that Milani’s original diagnosis was wrong and fixed it in no time for much much lower cost. The least Milani can do is return the $1785 that they charged for a wrong diagnosis bit the refused to refund. The company reps were Arash S. , Raff F. and Matthew k.

    Replace hot water tank

    This the second time I called milani to replace my water tank within 3 years. The first time was three years ago. I bought a hot water tank form a retail store and paid installation fee. When they came to my townhouse, the technician said he couldn’t install it because something wrong with my gas pipe. Then I called milani For the same service, they came over and fixed the issue and replace the hot water tank. Due to I had a good experience with milani last time, I called milani this morning after I found the hot water stop working in my house. Mike P came and replaced it within 2 hours. Work was professionally done with due care and attention. Mike is a very knowledgeable technician. Will use this company for service.

    Friendly and efficient - Mike P

    I've been using Milani Plumbing for over 20 years and they have experienced plumbers. Today, Mike P came and he did a lot of work in a short time fixing bathroom leaks and changing valves. Very experienced, efficient and friendly.
