I personally undertook a toilet re and re in our upstairs bathroom. All was going well except for some mystery parts from the toilet supplier. This resulted in a snag that included water leakage. Not good for me! I was pretty sure I had the right Idea on how to fix it, but did not want to risk my home to my own amateur status. After attempting to call one contractor recommended in the neighbourhood, I consulted Homestars and decided to try Milani. They answered the phone with a LIVE person. Clifton was fantastic -he listened to the issue, seemed to have plumbing knowledge or understanding, and was surprisingly friendly and engaging throughout. He hesitated to recommend an overtime call (given the expense) but when I assured him that was what I wanted he got eveything arranged right away. A few hours later, I received a confirming call that my plumber was on his way, and Mike showed up shortly thereafter. Mike took off his shoes at the doorway without being asked, and took care of my repair professionally and proficiently. He had all the tools he needed with him and they were all clean and in good shape- there was no filthy toolbox to make you concerned for your flooring. Mike even tolerated my yammering about my plumbing attempt the entire time of his visit and answered my questions. The price was in line with what was suggested when I called.

We had a leak under our sink that needed fairly urgent repair, so did an internet search and found Milani. They called me back promptly, and that day sent Joe to the house. He was courteous, professional, and explained the repair he was doing. I then asked him about installing some taps we'd bought for the bathtub and he did that for me too. He showed me some very blocked pipes, and suggested we have someone come another day to clean them out. Milani called me soon after and I scheduled that in a timely way. Technician Kenny came by and did a good job cleaning the pipes, and now everything drains so quickly in our old house! He was also professional and efficient. I'd recommend Milani to friends, and I will use them for plumbing needs in the future.

I had several plumbing-related issues, so I contacted Milani. I've done business with them before and was very satisfied, so no hesitation to call them this time. The handle on my shower was getting impossibly stiff, and also the water wasn't set to be hot enough. Jason fixed both of those issues. The handle needed a part, so he went out right away to the nearest place to get it, and he didn't take long. My second issue was that the toilet wasn't completely flushing every time, and also there was black residue coming into the bowl from the tank. Jason fixed the flush using a snake and gave me advice about dealing with the black residue. Jason gave me several helpful tips about plumbing in general, and showed me how to shut off the water on the hot water tank if there was ever a problem. All in all, I certainly feel I got my money's worth. I find that using Milani pays in the long run because the work is done quickly and efficiently by knowledgeable people.

We are glad that they can replace our hot water tank so quickly for us. I called them in the morning, they finished the job in the afternoon. Their professional guys gave us a nice job. I will recommend Malini company to my friends if my friends need some help.

I had a part of my drainage system replaced at the back of my house by Claude in August of last year (2015). It was a very nice job even though a bit pricy. My issue here is that they did not give me Air Miles for the job even though they had my Air Miles number. If they had I would have given the company a ten star rating. My Air Miles issue has been resolved promptly with the company so I am upgrading the company from six stars to 10 stars.

This was the first time I used Milani for my house. The workers were friendly and professional and worked very efficiently even though they were facing a yucky situation! I highly recommend them!

We bought a new sink and the drain holes didn't line up with the old ones. We also needed to replace the copper pipe that ran to the dishwasher with a flex pipe. Milani booked a plumber for us to come the same day we called. We had some problems with anchoring the new sink and had to delay the plumber, who arrived early the next morning to do the work. Jason was very courteous and friendly. Always removed his shoes upon entering our condo (even though our place is a mess from the renos we are doing!). His extensive experience as a plumber enabled him to complete the work very quickly. The work was great and he explained everything he was doing as he went so that we knew exactly what and why he did what he did. Jason was a delight and we will definitely call Milani again and ask for Jason the next time we need a plumber. Thank you Jason and your great dispatcher who I dealt with over the phone. You guys are fantastic!
